Kyle came up with a solution to allow me to use my laptop computer again after the screen cracked. He saved me hundreds of dollars. I highly recommend his services. He a very pleasant guy and cares about satisfying his customers. My family will use his services from now on.

I have been fortunate enough to work with Pro Tech Guy on multiple occasions, more specifically Kyle. He is reliable, honest, and a very efficient technician. On one occasion he built a desktop computer from scratch for our family. Another time we had him remove a virus from one of our laptops and then he installed his own managed anti-virus program… let’s just say we haven’t had a problem since! Prices are extremely reasonable, simply because I know I am getting quality work with a quick turn-around time. He can usually fix our problems remotely. Excellent Service. Kyle is very good at what he does. He works with the customer really well . My daughter and I have had our computers fixed by Kyle. Each time the job was done right and the problems were fixed in a timely and professional manner.

Appreciated how quickly Kyle helped to fix my Mac Pro keyboard when there was an accidental liquid spill. Provided great service and quick follow up when you call or e-mail him. Kyle bailed me out of a tough fix with my PC. Called him on short notice with my laptop unable to open any of my apps. He diagnosed the problem with my hard drive and suggested I move to a solid state drive to speed things up....computer was still in good shape otherwise. He ordered it and installed the new drive asap and put me back in business. Excellent service with very fair prices! Will be taking my wife's Mac to him soon.

I reached out to Kyle because I picked up a pretty nasty virus on my personal laptop. He was able to help me later that day and spent a few hours cleaning my computer. There were still some remnants the next day (his first sweep was incredibly thorough, this thing was just really devious), and Kyle kept at it. I'm confident my computer is clean and safe. He was great to work with and communicative throughout the whole thing.I definitely recommend him.
