Coach Dani has been the BEST coach we have had with private lessons. She pours so much into the kids at each lesson and has such an upbeat energy that spills over into the girls each week. My daughter has improved so much in her hits thanks to Coach Dani! We can’t say enough about her. 🙌🏼 thankful we got our daughter into lessons with her

My daughter received more serving instruction in 60 min than she has with any other coaches! She was getting it over in her first lesson! We are very excited!

We’ve had a great experience at Pro Day! My son enjoyed coming to each class, and we can definitely see improvement in his overall athleticism. The trainers make it fun for the kids, but also make the sure the workouts are challenging for their age and ability. Would definitely recommend using them for performance training for young athletes.

My oldest son, is now a college athlete playing basketball at William Jewell. He loved his time training at Pro Day. It was small groups of athletes and the atmosphere was very personable. The trainers quickly got to know my son and knew exactly what he needed in order to grow and develop as an athlete. I highly recommend Pro Day for all athletes.

The program here has been great for our daughter! She plays elite club volleyball and her sessions at Pro Day have helped her grow so much as an athlete. Highly recommend!

I had spoke with Corey Else on the phone about the overhand volleyball serving class for my daughter. Based on our conversation, he suggested the intermediate class. The class size was perfect, which allowed for more individual player attention. Coach Megan did a great job identifying areas of improvement. By the end of the session, my daughter had more power behind her serves and was more consistent in getting the ball over the net. I have referred Pro Day to several players at BAVC and at her school. My daughter just made the Black Team at her school. She is the only 6th grader on the team, which speaks to her hard work and the support of her recreational coaches and the coaches at Pro Day. I had concerns with the cost since there was no guarantee she would master her overhand serve, but in our case, it was well worth it! We are looking to try the agility training to improve her jumps next.

My daughter has taken several lessons from Corey for volleyball and speed/agility training. I was amazed by his knowledge in the sport of volleyball! He taught my daughter how to jump serve on her first practice. He always motivates and pushes her to do her best!

If I could give 10 stars I would! I cannot rave about Pro Day, Cory, and Coach Megan enough! My daughter has been taking serving lessons regularly for the last year, they have broken some bad habits, and worked with her on proper form and technique. She is a better server and volleyball player because of their instruction!
