Great Customer Service! I purchased a set of rear struts from 4 Wheel Parts and unfortunately one of them was leaking after a couple of months use. I reached out to ProComp and they sent me a brand new set of newer and improved struts. It's hard to find customer service like this anymore. As for 4 wheel parts....
DO NOT BUY A PRO COMP LIFT!!!
Whatever you do DO NOT buy a lift from this company. After 3 years of the lift looks like it had sat in a lake for a decade. And my vehicle is meticulously maintained
The “pro comp promise” should be called the pro comp lie. Customer service and management down at the warehouse in Compton are less than polite. The warranty polices they have in place are not followed by the company by any means. Products were purchased based on this warranty but when it came time for them to replace or refund when the products completely failed under normal driving use they failed to stick to their word. I would stay as far away from them as possible don’t waste your money. Photo posted of their policy that is much too good to be true. Highlighted sections are pretty cut an dry.
I just wanted to take the time to address Ivan's customer service regarding a rear window on our 2004 Jeep Wrangler that was vandalized awhile ago (beyond repair). Ivan went out of his way to see if they had another one in stock, and went on to ship it to us, free of charge.
It is my wish that Ivan's direct supervisor receive this feedback, as I cannot remember the last time any company quite simply, did a "nice" thing for a customer.
Unbelievable customer service, he literally saved us a big chunk of money. Thanks again, Ivan!
Sincerely and gratefully,

Purchased a steering stabilizer that was supposed to be a direct fitment for my 2010 F250. U-bolts provided with Kit did not fit, returned to shop where I bought them. Second kit, same issue, u-bolts for brackets did not fit. Called Pro Comp customer service, said there are two option bend the U-bolts or take back. Lame, it would seem that they would provide the correct U-bolts for the systems they sell, and stand by their product. Apparently, the offroad shop says they have to bend all of them, and have for years. Funny, the bolts don't fit the supplied bracket or the tie rod out of the box, sounds like an engineering issue to me (maybe quality control?) Weak pro comp. Just because you have been selling the wrong part for years, doesn't mean it shouldn't be fixed. Go with Rancho, I wish I would have. Had their stuff forever (steering stabilizers, lift kits, shocks, etc.) They stand by there product and do everything they can to make right. Pro Comp obviously does not.
I purchased the procomp lift kit k4015b for my 2001 superduty. With less than 3000 miles and no more than 1 yr old, the front springs on the kit dropped to over 1" 1/2 lower. I have contacted procomp on this issue and i was imformed that i can buy new springs and recieve a credit so a couple months later i have tried to contact procomp to return the springs for new ones. I called several times and left messages, NO ONE has returned my call!! I have also emailed them and NO return email! With that being said, i have taken their lift off my truck and purchased a rough country lift for it. Procomp your lift is getting recycled! After reviewing the lift rough country sent, i would strongly recommend to any one buy the rough country. Rough Country is 100% better product!
My procomp front spring only had 5 leafs in it. The new ones from rough country have 10 leafs and are much better quality!!
stated a 50.00 rebate i bought 2 sets of 4 , received nothing after mailing in my 2 rebates and my tires are warring not so great last time i buy PRO COMPS
Do not buy their products! They do not stand by their warranty! Save your money and buy something else! Worst customer service on the planet!
A beautiful little gem of a restaurant in Compton. The owner is super nice and the food was really fresh and delicious! We got the love boat, eel roll, and dynamite roll. Definitely going to come back.
This is one of the only restaurants around that offers fresh healthy food. The portions are not big, nor is it super cheap, but you can get a discount if you buy multiple meals and if youâre a juror. They also have vegan options.
