Staff is continually doing things and helping out when ever needed. Facility is clean. Pool is nice sauna is amazing. I would definitely recommend. The price is very reasonable.

Plenty of equipment, fantastic people, a clean environment, my only regret is I didn't join/come sooner.

I love going there. A lot of different ages. My only thing is I wish they had a hot tub. Oh well.

Needs mats that aren't dirty and some of the equipment needs repairs

I want to love this place and give more stars and keep a membership but I just can't justify the cost for what you get. The place has money to upgrade the equipment or at least replace equipment that is over ten plus years old, but they for some reason like to be 30 years outdated. The lockers are dirty, tiny (all the big ones are rented out) and old...I wouldn't be surprised if they were original. The sauna is about the nicest thing there, with the hottub and pool right behind it. The carido equipment, good luck getting a good model unless you go when it's dead. The weight area is ok and probably 3rd best after the sauna and pool but some of the machines are again outdated and not as great. Basketball court is great but bring your own ball as the ones there are utterly unusable, that just shows how cheap the owner is. The showers have no privacy (think high school gym showers) which doesn't bother me, but the shower itself is terrible (again think hard spray old gym showers). The front area is nice enough and the workers are great and friendly. After having a membership there for 3 months and then later again for a month, I just can't justify spending the money for only using half of what is there since the other half is old and outdated and not really useable. It really could be a great place if they would invest some money back into it like any good business.

This is the best gym ever. They have great equipment and make you feel very welcomed.
