Loved our recent stay at the Prince Albert! Location is perfect, close enough to everything but also far enough away that it quiets down at night. The parking option is GREAT so just do it. Front patios are perfect for morning coffee, happy hour, people watching, we even played Scrabble out there. We stayed in room 2 which was perfect. Nice sitting area, lovely little side terrace. Would love more closet space but tough in the older homes. Breakfast was just right, nice selection, and plentiful. Everyone at PA - staff and guests - were lovely and engaging. Will go back!
Wonderful place and an amazing location. Paul is a fantastic host. I have stayed at both the Guest House and the Lookout accommodations. Both are 5-star worthy. Both places are situated within walking distance of anything in town you want and are well-appointed. Definitely put this place on your list.
Wow! Loved the Prince Albert guest house. We stayed in the lower level room and it was so cute and private. The house itself was so cute and charming. Loved sitting on the front patio and people watching. Location is great and everything in Ptown is accessible by foot. Will definitely be staying here again!
This place has seen much better days. Sadly it’s deteriorated. Absentee management runs the place remotely by cameras. No one is on site to welcome you or answer any questions. The house itself is run down and in disrepair. A local friend told me the property had been sold to new owners and current owners had really given up on maintenance and service to guests. You had to get your own towels and toiletries out of a messy storage area in the kitchen. The couches outside in front were stained and not maintained. The garden was half dead. Pain peeling on the building. Screens missing in windows. It was expensive and so not worth the money. I travel extensively and this was like a two star cheap motel if that. It the absentee innkeepers was what really made this a bad experience. Would jot stay there again.
We are on an impromptu road trip, we flew into JFK and drove straight to Boston and driving back via the coast. We are both from the Los Angeles area currently living in Denver, this entire area is new to us. We had no plans or reservations and did no research but found ourselves in Provincetown last night with very few vacancies. We happened upon Prince Albert and managed to snag the very last room, we lucked out in every way. Such a charming B&B, Paul is awesome and helpful. The staff is friendly. The entire town welcomes you with open arms. The room was super comfortable and clean. The shower, amenities and towels were above and beyond what we’ve found in other stays on this trip. We were able to walk to bars, restaurants and shops. All just steps away. Our room had a view of the water, the beach is steps away. We spent some time on the front patio at the fire pit last night, it is beautifully landscaped and appointed and so very warm and inviting. An absolutely amazing stay from end to end, we hope to make it back here one day.
We had a nice stay. Only 1 night, wishing it had been a lot longer. Would definitely recommend the room with the ocean view! Parking location was a couple blocks away but was not inconvenient by any means. Will definitely stay here again in the future.
We had not been to Provincetown in many years, and I was not sure where to stay. We lucked out! Prince Albert Guest House is a quaint and cozy spot right on the main drag. We had room #4 which is on the second floor at the front of the house. It is a very comfortable, bright and airy room and you can see the water, which was a huge plus for us. There is also a small refrigerator in the room which was very convenient. I would request this room again. Coffee, tea, cereal, yogurt and waffles were available for breakfast. The house is very clean and comfortable. There is a sitting area out front which we utilized every night to enjoy wine and cheese (which we brought with us). We will definitely be back. Thank you, Paul!!
This was the second time I have stayed at the Prince Albert Guesthouse and I have zero complaints. The room was spotless and in excellent condition. The staff was delightful. I had to unexpectedly cut this trip short due to a family emergency. I informed Paul and without hesitation he told me if he can sell the room he would provide a refund. This was totally unexpected as I agreed to the no refund policy yet I had not choice but to head home. Paul owned up to what he promised and not only refunded me the unused days he refunded me for the 2 days that I stayed. WOW - now that is Customer Service. The Prince Albert Guesthouse will be the only place I stay when I visit Provincetown. Thank you Paul, very much appreciated !!

We loved our stay at AWOL. The team was great, my husband loved chatting with Clint and getting PTown tips from him. He also gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations. I loved the aesthetic of the guest rooms. Every piece from cushion to towels to
Lovely B&B in a great location. Somehow manages to avoid the stuffy feel of many B&Bs while maintaining the coziness. Worth staying off season just for the fireplace! And you canât complain about breakfast being dropped at your door every morning.
Super fun adventure. Make sure to bring water and wear sunscreen! This is not an easy hike and the trail is not marked in anyway. You have to go up and down several steep dunes. You can easily get lost in the dunes and the trees. I would definitely c
Absolutely breathtaking! 1st of all, it's the sea shell collector's galore! Water is so gorgeous and clear and so turquoise! Waves are non-existent! I had a wonderful time just walking along the shore, chasing the headlight- wood end light, i believe
Really nice food. We had the French toast with fruits and the Benedict eggs with spinach. The portions are big! The staff was super nice. We had Daven and he was amazing! Thank you. The only âConsâ would be that they do not have vegan options on

Besides a wonderful walk in an old growth forest (it was added to the Old-Growth Forest Network on October 6, 2023) around ponds with all sorts of wildlife, you never know what else you will encounter. Today it was fox and a hawk evidently hunting fo
My son and I tried to go to a restaurant (Terrazzo) next door but they were at capacity so the host suggested we try their sister restaurant Helltown Kitchen and we are so glad we did. The outside seating area is beautiful. The food is delicious. I h
