If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible company to work with. Customer service is slim to none and when we asked why we weren't getting customer service we were told we didn't pay for it and then the contractor quit claiming we were harassing him. All we did was inquire what was going on with our project and after asking several times with no response we were frustrated. He left us in the dark and then got mad when we started asking questions about what was going on with our project. The owner is quick to go on the defensive instead of trying to work with you. He breached the contract and refused to let us know what had been done and spent on the project so far. When we asked for a list of what was spent and on what, he told us that would cost us $1,800! If you want a company that values you as a customer, don't pick Prime Construction.

Tony has been such a pleasure. He was detailed with his explanation. Provided alternative measures to ensure we stayed within our budget. In doing so, also ensures quality product / quality results / quality workers. I'm looking forward to a long and prosperous business relationship as I'm planning to do multiple projects with Prime. Highly recommend these guys!

I would strongly discourage anyone from working with this company. My master bathroom project ended up taking over a year from the first bid. Along the way, I almost lost my mind trying to just keep in communication with the team after several subcontractors no-showed at my house countless times. At one point, I called the office every single morning just to see if someone would be coming out. I had a newborn at the beginning of the project and we were trying to plan around her sleeping schedule. They have a couple good workers and several that they subcontract, some of which have very little experience and are very unreliable. One of them showed up to our house reeking of weed, was watching YouTube videos loudly trying to figure out how to do something, and left hours later damaging our bathroom and doing no work. Some of these contractors improperly installed our light fixtures, put in the wrong colored grout, left several holes in our tile shower, and installed the floor tile with improper spacing (they did fix this after I pointed it out more than once). I'm a business owner and have done many, many renovations and I understand subcontractors can be difficult, but nothing compares to my experience with this company. What lead me to leave a 1-star ultimately was that it got to the point that even if something wasn't done properly, it was easier to keep my mouth shut if it meant the project would one day be completed. The owner blamed COVID for the labor problems and told me he was losing money on my project. He then decided to not complete my other bathroom project (as the previous reviewer noted, the owner "fired" me), leaving me in a difficult position. Despite this, I had another contractor complete the second bathroom in under three weeks beautifully with 0 issues. This contractor also left the bathroom spotless after each day working. Prime's workers didn't even vacuum or anything and left debris, trash, and supplies all over my yard, bathroom, porch, etc. In my view, this company simply took on way too much work at once and struggles with scheduling, communication, and labor. Had they just been more proactively communicative, I would have maybe increased this rating even after a year, but this was not the case. Even at the very end, there was a no-show with 0 communication.

Given the current pandemic, it was great to have the Zoom consultation available. Given the smaller nature of our remodel they were able to schedule us quickly, which was a huge plus. When the fixtures they were removing turned out to be odd brands, they went above and beyond to get us replacements that would be far superior. The staff were very responsive, polite, and a genuine pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend them for your remodeling needs, and would do business with again.

I love Prime Construction! They provide excellent service, honest pricing and expert workmanship. I can recommend Tony and his crew without hesitation. He is a wonderful guy and they do wonderful work.

Definitely a group of hard working people and very friendly! They take pride in their work and make sure that you as a customer are satisfied and taken care of! I highly recommend using "Prime Construction Service" and I will definitely use them in the future!

Just finished a complete bathroom remodel with this company. The end product looks amazing. However, this review is based upon the "middle part." They were helpful, honest, straightforward and worked with integrity throughout the entire process. They helped me pick out everything including the tile and granite and their suggestions were always very tasteful, classy and of the highest quality. Would definitely recommend this company for a bathroom remodel done the right way!

I cannot say enough great things about this company! They didn't just build a historic conforming garage and apartment, they built a show piece. I got nothing but envy and compliments from the neighbors! The price was also the best we got out of multiple bids! The job site was kept clean so it didn't interfere with our everyday life. These are now my go to guys for all my renovation/building needs.
