Kitchen staff are horrible. Food is never prepared correctly. From cold fries, apps coming out after main dishes, app selection always sold out, two slices of ham on a complete sandwich or just plain not getting your meal at all. We go there weekly, the only thing that keeps us coming back is the incredible bartender Kristy she is exceptional. Not only does she keep up with the always full happy hour bar but she also waitresses tables from lack of competent staff without missing a beat. If you can find a way to clone her do it. She is training the young boy waitress the correct way kudos to that. everyone else needs to find a new place to work because they are going to end up getting this business closed.

First time here... 5 stars all around. Food, service, atmosphere. To quote Arnold, " I'll be back :-)"

Stopped in this location Monday, November 7, 2023 it was mid- afternoon. We requested a booth by the window and the host informed us that we had just missed the rush and the tables weren't yet wiped down but he quickly escorted us to the table after he quickly cleaned it. I ordered a grilled chicken- spinach sandwich, my son an enormous steak sandwich and we split some wings. There were some issues with the order but the host- waiter graciously, apologeticly and quickly fixed it. Our experience was very satisfying due to the host- waiter and I will be returning.

Better than the last 10 restaurant s I've been to in Florida and less expensive

Stopped by Christmas Eve and our food was amazing! The service was excellent, we were seated and served very quickly and our server was friendly. My husband and I miss our hometown but we felt right back at home the moment we stepped in. I've enclosed pics of the corned beef sandwich, it was delicious!

This has been a great location for many years, unfortunately that is no longer the case anymore after my last few experiences. Today our food took forever to come because they are clearly understaffed. We eventually had to order our food to go because it took so long and when we finally got home our food was cold and nearly every order was wrong. The worst being an order for a vegetarian black olive pizza that had zero veggies and was covered in pepperoni. We brought people in from out of town and our experience was embarrassing. We thought it would be a simple good time but it was nothing but headaches. There are plenty of other places in the area who actually care about their customers, Primanti Bros is just coasting on their reputation.

It’s a Saturday night it’s 11:40 and you guys are closed. Not only could I hear people in the background but you guys are liars. You close at 1am on Saturday won’t be shopping here ever again. You guys aren’t even that good sorry Pittsburgh but it’s true. Ohioan out.

Decided I’d stop in… great slice of pizza and a rum and coke. Prefect stop for a Friday after work drink and snack. Service with a smile!
