Awesome acedemy! Dropped in for a Saturday session while traveling from Pittsburgh. Instructors were great, and acedemy students were very welcoming. I train mostly gi, so it was an awesome hour spent fixing huge holes in my No Gi game. Great place, great people!! My trip is annual, I'll be back! Thanks Pride Lands for a great training session!

I started training at Pride Lands in June of 2018 with about six months of prior Jiu Jitsu training background. Since then I’ve tried to make it into three training sessions per week. From the level of overall experience on this mat, and the commitment of Professors Jason and Paul I have become more than proficient as a beginner and I am competing in my first tournament next month. (NAGA World Championship) Thank you to Jay, Paul and the entire team. Dark side, RGA, Donaher Deathsquad, etcetera, etcetera... 👊🏾 Come check it out and become a stronger, smarter version of you.

This school trains hard! From the kids to the adults, the classes are no joke. My family has gained both skill and confidence since training at Pride Lands! I cannot recommend Jason and his team enough!!

Hands down the best academy around! I recently started training here after training at another place for a year and a half. Professor Jason is an amazing instructor. He really takes the time to make sure his students are getting top notch training. His attention to detail and the way he teaches is suitable for beginners to advanced grapplers. Pride Lands has a great team and family atmosphere too.

You will not find a gym with a better coach and better training partners. They are welcoming to everyone who steps foot on that mat regardless of age, gender, skill level, etc. The goal is to make YOU better every time you show up. There are no egos and everyone here is a team. When I started training here 3 years ago, I believed that I was investing in myself. It has positively impacted every part of my life and has saved my life in my employment on more than one occasion. Training at Pridelands will make you more confident, improve your overall health, and create lasting friendships with a great group of people.

I’ve known Jason Ratchford for many years and have been training at Pridelands for the past four. His instruction is second to none, you won’t find anyone better. Great training partners. Jason is focused on bringing out the best of every single one of his students. This is an excellent school for all levels of grappling.

This is the best Academy around Pennsylvania,hands down. tons of talent ,and professor Jason Ratchford is on another level with the jujitsu ,and as a coach/mentor Ect.

I have been training at this academy for a few months now and am surprised how far I’ve come along. As a beginner without any type of experience, Pride Lands has been a great experience with a welcoming environment and great instructors. Great place for people of all levels to learn.
