Zac and his team at Pretect have been AWESOME! As a small business, I do not have time for IT work despite having done it many times in the past. The Pretect team came in, set it all up, and has been Johnny-on-the-spot for multiple issues - and have done so at a very economical price point. His team, specifically Kellie, even jumped in and solved an old backup problem for me. I highly recommend these guys!

I wish I could give these guys more stars. I have always been the type to try to do everything myself. I tried to set up the network when we recently moved into a 24,000sqft warehouse and quickly released i was not the right guy for the job. Our internet was constantly disconnecting , and it was really hurting production. I found Pretect, and within about a week and a half they had all new equipment installed and now my network is working perfectly. High speeds all over the warehouse, and the cost was much less than i expected it would be. They made it so easy! I would definitely recommend Pretect and will be using them in the future!

Twice in the last few months I've called Zach with what what I considered to be a GIANT PROBLEM and he talked me off the ledge, calmly assessed the situtalion, quickly found a solution, and charged me a fair price. In the world of computer problem solvers, it doesn't get much better than that! He's also kind and never condescending to the technologically-challeneged.
