Rooms are always clean and it is very apparently they take pride in their work there is a mini fridge in each room but to my knowledge not a microwave in the room only in the checking office area. Not a lot of traffic coming through here in a good spot not overcrowded or bad activities going on. The price matches the rooms. I will be staying here again in the future when necessary.

While between apartments my husband and I stayed here. The price was, we thought great when we moved in. The room was very small but LOOKED nice. However there are roaches you can hear every conversation in the room next to you and smell everything too. I will admit to itchy bites on my husband and myself but I cant confirm or deny the bed bugs. As I said it is cheap but make no mistake you get what you pay for. I would have given more than one star but I am impressed by kind or even good customer interaction. Do No Expect That Here. The atmosphere in the office is one of just pay and get out of here. So if you're in a tight spot and just need a place with a cheap weekly rate the Definitely has a roach infestation and may have bed bugs this is your spot. It has a door and heat. If you have options use them. If you're like me you wont appreciate the lack of receipts and overwhelming lack of courtesy. ×× I will say that the older gentleman who works during the day is in fact very nice and courteous.

No where what I expected for $125 cash a night. No microwave, no iron, no hair dryer, no coffee pot, no shampoo or lotion. Weekend desk clerk was rude. Didn't understand ADA Service Dog laws. Only excepted Cash. The TV did work, but be careful if you have kids. There was 3 porn channels with no lock on the TV. Lights mostly worked. Great water pressure and lots of HOT water. Rooms were clean. They are all smoking rooms with ashtrays. $45-50 a night would be a great price, but $110-125 is just outrageous.

I reserved a king bed. I was charged for a king bed. However, I was given a queen and told there was nothing they could do about it. The rooms aren't the cleanest. Some of the air conditioners are leaking coolant all over the ground. There is a derelict Crown Victoria taking up two spaces in the parking lot. This inn is overpriced for the poor quality.

First and last time. Disgusting. Blankets had cigarette holes all over them, sheets had stains, light fixtures were hanging from the ceiling, horrible smell, mold on the walls, and the guy in the office is so rude all cuz he had to work a double and he doesn't clean rooms nor does he communicate with his workers who are cleaning. Would not recommend!

Walked into dirty room. BATHROOM was NEVER CLEANED all types of hair on floor and HAIR IN BED. Housekeeping SUCKS! Very low budget. RAINBOW THE PINK PALACE IS WAY BETTER N CLEANER THAN THIS!! Not worth 75$ weekday or not. Rooms worth 45$

Staff is COMPLETELY rude and instead of coming to fix the issues, they make it seem like its your fault. Bathroom wasn't cleaned and still had stuff from a previous stay behind the bed and in the fridge. I even saw panties hanging up in the shower. NEVER AGAIN.

Honest review. I usually travel for shows and concerts and rarely spend time in a hotel or motel so i don't mind a simple place. This though is bad. I didn't even want to sit down or touch anything. Walls had holes, scuffs and we're dirty. The restroom was horrible. The bed and sheets had holes in them. Bad. I asked for a refund within 5 minutes. My first visit to chicago, i mainly choose this location because it was close to the Toyota Park. But i rather commute longer and pay double than stay here.
