Lmao this is WILD STYLE here!!! These photo are not where you will be staying. This "MOTEL" not "HOTEL" is the spot where the Drugheads, Addicts, Junkies, Pimps, Cornergirls, etc., hang out. Stay the hell away from this place unless you really want to see the "HOTEL CALIFORNIA." The name they are going by now wasn't the original name either, it was called the "COVERT" and everyone and anyone knew to stay away from here. Back in the day if you were trying to get your roll on or clap some cheeks, EVERYONE knew not to go here. Roaches, bedbugs, mice, wild animals you name can be found here. You would be better off sleeping in your car than staying at this spot. I don't care how bad your situation gets, DON'T DO THIS SPOT, EVER IN LIFE!!!!

Great Themed And Romantic Rooms. My Only Problems Are The Bathrooms An Some Rooms Wear And Tear Is Very Noticeable. Whenever I Go To The Aura or Essence Suites My Rooms Look New And Is Comfortable Like Being In My Own Room. When I’m At The Presidential Suite It’s A Gamble. I’ve Been Cursed Out Before Because My Partner Thought This Was A Cheap Spot I Take My Other Women Too. Upgrade This Place And It Will Be 5 Stars

Zero stars ! I rented the jaquzzi room when i got the keys i checked the room out before bringing my items in they had roaches so bad they scattered when turning the light on an there was 5 dead roaches in the shower ! Do not stay here unless you want bugs im so glad i looked before bringing any of my stuff in an it took 3 days to get my refund

This place was a nightmare. The room was relatively clean (ijk)seems like no one seen the cobwebs or dirty shower. There was no mattress pad,I could see the mattress through the sheets. No microwave in the rooms and some no fridge. I will never again stay there. Bright side it was close to where I needed to go.

Exactly what you would expect from a mo mo if you know what I mean But my room was clean and didn't smell Like cigarettes so I actually liked my stay. Definitely not for making love and laying up no. Handle your business and check out and it definitely served it's purpose

If I could give less than zero stars I would. This whole experience was horrible! This made the Worst birthday ever for me! The room was nothing compared to the pictures advertised on the website, the shower was broken the bed was nasty there was only one towel the walls and mirrors were filthy and the hot tub (which was the whole reasons I wanted the room) didn’t work!! They charged my card twice after saying it was declined! I complained to the front desk and the guy could only offer 50% off another stay!!!!!(like I would even sleep there) Then when I called back the next day the manager was a complete jerk! Horrible experience wouldn’t recommend this place to roaches!!!!

No Stars. I spent money on this room for 2 days…..and gave it away it was so horrible!!!!!!😡✌🏽Don’t go here. It’s Nasty/Dirty//out dated and UNSAFE! Period! In fact, I’m reporting this to the Health Department and calling a lawyer. It’s false advertising and it honestly should be shut down. The doors been chewed by rodents.. blinds tore up. It’s unacceptable! Don’t go here…… u will regret it! It makes the market in Matteson Area go completely down. I can’t believe this place is in this area. I absolutely hated it. The name is a disgrace! Nothing is Presidential about this place…..I will never 👎🏽 go back.

This place is nasty, dirty, & contaminated. When me & my daughter first got in the room it was not cleaned. I pulled the blanket back & there was condoms/needles with the top off/nut all on the head boards & bed/still running down. I had to carefully dispose of them my self. Then there was throw up all over & in the sink, the shower was horrific golden brown yellow but was suppose to be white, there was rotten food & trash under the beds. Walls was just as filthy as the floors. The room smelled so bad I though some one had the runs 3 months ago crapped then left it in the toilet with the toilet seat left up. Management told me there was no refunds & they said they’ll send some one but never did after I paid for the whole week online. I complained every second of the day I was there cause management ignored us & I had to walk 30 minutes each day to someone’s house just to take a shower. Management didn’t care/don’t care! It don’t mater what kind of place u have u are suppose to have good customer service/be honest & fair! this company failed %100 on every level. Oh not to mention lasts ordeal when one of the room caught on fire from faulty wireing there was 3 to 4 fire trucks here. Management did not check on any of their customers that was not in the room that caught fire but I was a totally different section on second floor & smoke from the fire came through our windows thick to the point where we was chocking bad & that’s how we found out about the fire. No staff warned anyone in this place about the fire. Guess they said were not important huh! My daughter could of been stuck by the needle that was in her bed.
