The location is great. This hotel is the shadow of what at one time must have been a great hotel. It has lots of potential, in need of many upgrades Service was less than mediocre. Only one of the people working the reception was helpful, everybody else was rid and couldn't care less about their guests. The elevators are slow and sketchy. The room was good, large, and had lots of natural light. No refrigerator, no microwave, and no complimentary breakfast, which makes it less desirable as those amenities are standard these days. I requested my room to be cleaned daily. They did make the bed and change the towels - even the ones that I hung to save on washing & drying. However, they left used glasses behind and did not replace glasses or coffee. The gym is pretty good. It could use an upgrade on mats. They only have one, from 1980’s which is awful. The pool is nothing like the pictures, we were very disappointed, it was not appealing at all, it was a creepy area and the jacuzzi was covered under construction. They can do better.

Rooms are nice and clean, but the AC system is old and undersized (the attached photo is the only register in the entire room). Our room faced the sun pretty much all day and was sweltering. When we got here we had to shut the blinds to even begin to take the edge off, and it took most of the night to cool down. The bed is firmer than I like, but that is a personal preference. The room was clean and dust free. The room feels updated and tasteful. The staff was accommodating of our request for a feather free room. I would stay here again if the price was right. We stayed on the 7th floor and heard people emptying out of bars at 2am. If you stay over the weekend park on the street at meters (free on weekends) to avoid paying fees for the parking garage.

Our stay here was very short but we couldn't fault the hotel. We arrived late evening, check in was quick and staff at desk very friendly. Room was large, comfortable and clean. |Used the gym the next morning, it is small and basic but perfectly functional with towels and water provided. |The hotel is airy and spacious and the parking garage is very safe. Parking is a public car park but is attached to the hotel and cost $7 for the night. |We left again in the morning and didn't eat in the hotel but would stay again.

Our room was wonderful, but the air conditioner was awful, not even sure if it was working properly. And when we asked for a fan we were informed there were zero fans... Definitely could be true, but that's a first for me at a hotel. The location of this hotel was great! While I am sure they are already working on it because one elevator was being worked on, one of the elevators had an expired license in it. Might be a good idea to keep that inspection up to date.

The room I stayed in had glued carpet over loose tile. Almost every step I took had a tile crunching underneath my feet. It smelled old too. The view sucked and the customer service blew when I asked about a diamond member upgrade I was told they had none due to the rooms not being clean. I would suggest you stay someplace else. Funny they send out a cookie cutter response to bad reviews. They know who I am they can find me due to being a Hilton Honors member this is one of the reasons I will not buy into the Hilton timeshare scheme.

Nice hotel. There was a convention going on when we visit, so it was very busy. The elevators were not all working at the time of our visit so that was frustrating. The breakfast buffet was very good. Had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant. Easy parking next door. Cheap for city parking.

The bed and bathroom were clean. Sheets were laundered and fresh and the bathroom was certainly clean with fresh towels. Staff were super friendly. That’s where it ends. Waited 15 min for elevator to go down because only one elevator was operational. The shower head looked like the original from however many decades ago, but it worked. The bathtub did not drain properly and had I stayed a second night I would have needed that fixed. There are very few options and this is the best of those few options.

The hotel is an average property with below-average fees and customer service. The location is good, but there is little to offer here otherwise. ||The rooms are a bit dated. The showers are in bad need of new nozzles (4in round nozzles with half the sprayers stopped up). Elevators are being renovated and very slow. ||Absolutely no benefit to Diamond status here: no late checkout, no recognition, no upgrades despite plenty of availability, etc. ||Fees: $7 parking with no in and out privileges, $75 for late checkout, no water in room, $35+ for a room with a refrigerator (business class or suite only).
