Our experience at Greison Site has been highly disappointing. We've faced numerous issues since moving in two months ago. Initially, a severe roach infestation took weeks to resolve. Mold and mildew problems, reported on 11/24/23, persist with either quick fixes or no resolution at all. Since 11/9/23, we've been dealing with power surges in our electricity, which we reported during the walkthrough. Despite assurances, the issue remains unresolved. Maintenance's forced entry into our home, unannounced and before the scheduled visit, caused distress and safety concerns. The apartment had a strong mold smell on the moving day, and attempts at quick fixes in the shower revealed severe mold. My partner's hospitalization due to respiratory issues, linked to mold exposure, adds urgency to these concerns. Maintenance repeatedly failed to complete tasks in a timely manner , incorrectly replaced blinds and loose ceiling fans to electrical issue witch a the manager said “was normal” because it happens in her apartment instead of having a grannies professional come and checking the wrong to ensure the safety of her residents. . The garbage disposal remained backed up, emitting a foul odor, until recently resolved. Maintenance's comment about a task being "too much like work" is concerning. Mold issues in various areas, including the utility closet and by the front door, were only addressed a week ago with potent bleach. Our request to tear down a wall in the bathroom for a thorough inspection was refused. They also were supposed to be regrouping all the tile in our home because it was black from when previous residents lived here l. Maintenance did two line of grout and left smears across all other tile from not correctly aligning it through cracks l. Maintnece was not informed he was supposed to do all three locations of our home but failed to even complete the only location he was advised and said “oh maintenance can’t do that call house keeping. Adding to our numerous issues, the site manager, Felicia, has been highly disrespectful. During our visit to discuss safety concerns with the electrical wiring in our apartment, she continually interrupted my partner and shook her head dismissively. This behavior further adds to the frustration and dissatisfaction with the management's handling of our living conditions. She also patronized my partner and I after speaking she was addressed about her disrespectful behavior towards us and said “I respect” everything he just said” omitting the fact that she had disrespected my partner the entire time she spoke to Felicia and it wasn’t until I chimed in with direct resolution that I even spoke to Felicia but, somehow, she can respect everything I said and disrespect and interrupt everything my partner had previously attempted to say. This shows that she neither respected what I said and was continuing a haughty and arrogant attitude which she expressed throughout our entire in person conversation on 11/23/24. In summary, our experience has been plagued by continuous issues, inadequate fixes, and poor communication. They have poor business practice, as well as bias judgment by management team that affects the health and safety when it comes to what should or shouldn’t be fixed. Urgent attention is needed to comprehensively resolve these concerns for the well-being and safety of the residents.

**FRAUD ALERT** I would have given a 5 star as my experience with these apartments were perfect right up until move out. Per our lease we were to put in a 60 notice to vacate prior to move “which we did” and due to management changing a month after my notice was put in they failed to communicate that notice was given. I received several calls from who the keys were turned in to, to who we handed the last rent payment to. The calls than turned to “who did you give a 60 day notice to, to what can we do to get you to stay…. This continued for several weeks until I advised them to get together with the previous management and themselves and figure out who dropped the ball in transferring previous resident info over to the new management as they claimed to now not have received my notice. Long story short 4 months later I receive a collection notice for $3484.13 for I don’t know what when my rent was always paid and my last month “Pro Rated” rent was paid prior to my move out. Be careful renting here as the new management is unorganized and Fradulent. The 5 star reviews are simply the staff and their friends Amping this place up as I know people still living there that says the place has gone downhill in all honesty. I will be taking this to the highest degree of legality needed to make sure they don’t make a habit out of doing honest tenants this way

Keynote Woodley was our leasing professional and he is AMAZING! He is so professional, kind, and patient. He showed us all the units we wanted to see and was so so knowledgeable. 10/10 recommend working with him!

I love the new team. Keyonte, Stan and Veronica are awesome. I feel like the new team cares about the property and the residents. The new owners are renovating the entire property and the property is already looking good. Keep up the good work!

I’ve been here for years…. Never had an issue that wasn’t promptly addressed. Ms Veronica Small is the best at seeing about her clients needs and swiftly responds with a suggestive solution! I enjoy coming to the office.

I really enjoyed my visit to this property the team is very Knowledgeable and professional. Veronica and Keonte were so nice and funny but professional. What a beautiful community!!
