Hands down, Prep Kings delivers on what they aim to do! Which is to provide delicious and nutritious meals at an affordable price! That being said, for me, the CONVENIENCE factor is what keeps me ordering meals each week! Full time jobs, kids, everyday life stress - who honestly has the time to 1) research good reliable recipes, 2) make a list, 3) spend oodles of money at the local grocery store, 4) meal prep, 5) actually cook the meal successfully so everyone’s happy, and 6) clean up the kitchen mess afterwards?? … Advice: Save these steps, money, and daily headaches - plus feed yourself/your family with Prep Kings’ amazing and tasty meals! This place has great smoothies, the power bowls are large portions so you can get two meals from one serving. I love the recyclable compostable packaging and waste free business model. Customer service is always excellent! Keep up the good work! So glad to have you downtown!
