I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. |Staff: very friendly and helpful|Room: spacious and complete - with kitchen and large refrigerator. |Bath: Generous water flow. |The bed very comfortable. |Full breakfast. Great variety of products. ||My happiness was the access to the beach! The proximity to the beach undoubtedly adds immense value to the stay, it allowed me to enjoy the sea and sand with all the comfort. Complimentary sunchairs and umbrellas for guest use. When we arrived at the reception desk, Steve welcomed us with his kindness, and useful information, making us feel at home. He made the process very smoothly. He went the extra mile by taking us to our Pristine. He explained everything we need to know, like the complimentary services they offer to their guests, for example: beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, daily hot breakfast which was varied: yogurts, dairy, great pastries, waffles, eggs and breakfast sausages, we loved all. Oh, I almost forget to mention that they provide you with bottle water, as many as you want, and a 25% off voucher for dinner. Our balcony was in the perfect spot, overlooking the quiet street, the ocean, the beautiful and relaxing pool ! The room was huge with comfy beds and fluffy pillows, full kitchen with a microwave, stove, coffee maker, pots /plates, and utensils, as well as coffee, sugar, & salt/pepper too. Furthermore, we were amazed by the great cleaning crew, they work hard, doing their best to keep our room spotless, and providing us with spare towels, always with a smile. (Pls don’t forget to leave good tips for them). Last, but not least, this hotel is like your home away from home. We will definitely will be back with the whole family. We absolutely loved this hotel!!! Huge room with full kitchen. So clean!! Comfy beds! Items for cooking and eating in. I was a little wary at checkin as it took a long time while people returning towels and beach equipment seemed to take priority. After that just all great. Two pools. Beautiful courtyard with foliage. Nice breakfast in a charming space. Complimentary water in lobby is key. Room gets cleaned every day unless you decline. Great location!! I am sad to leave we loved it so much.

Amazing hidden gem! We loved the very close proximity to the beach, delicious free breakfast, sparkling-clean rooms, and the lovely, bilingual staff. Staff was very kind to work with us despite having to miss our first two days due to airline-canceled flights. Not only that, they upgraded our last night’s stay to a beachfront room at a discount. So generous! We felt like we got the royal treatment. Though, I’m sure they take care of all their guests with the same grace. Everyone at Premier made our honeymoon extra-special. We can’t wait to return.

Last week, I had the pleasure of spending a week at this wonderful hotel, which I have visited several times before. Every year when I travel to Miami, I never hesitate to book a room here again. Not only does the hotel boast an excellent location right in front of the beach, but it also offers great value for the price in terms of service and quality. Complementary amenities such as breakfast, beach service, and parking further enhance the experience. Additionally, the staff is always kind and readily available to assist you. My family thoroughly enjoys our stays at this hotel!

Choose Premier if you value comfort and exceptional care. We loved our stay (6 days). Fred and Amori are wonderful hosts. This is a quiet and peaceful family oasis with a very advantageous location right on the beach, just at the cusp of the entertainment strip. You can easily walk everywhere. Best restaurants (try Sun Surf Sand), Publix Mall, CVS, Yo Mama Ice Cream parlor, its all right there. |Free bottled water, free beach chairs, umbrellas, towels changed at will. |Very nice salt water pools. Ours was the best, surrounded by mushmullas (loquat) and palm trees with stings of lights glowing in the evening. The pool is partly shaded which comes very handy on a hot day. We jumped right in on the arrival and spent many pleasant afternoons in it swimming and relaxing.|Pristine rooms. We stayed at Efficiency. Snow white huge comfy beds with fluffy pillows - 5 stars. Top notch bath products - 5 stars. |Top floor, balcony overlooking quiet street and the ocean. Full kitchen with a microwave, stove and coffee maker, pots&plates. We found coffee, salt/pepper available.|Cleaning crew did exceptional job. We had a very diligent lady come in every day, our room was spotless, spare towels, the works (leave a tip). I am obsessed with sanitation a bit, and went with wiping surfaces upon check in. The place was spotless, not a speckle of dust. I surrendered. |We made use of the kitchen in the mornings and went out in the afternoon. |Also, Premier restaurant served very nice and plentiful complimentary hot breakfast, food was varied. We tried different yogurts (all dairy was great, btw) and pastries, waffles, eggs and breakfast sausages were all tasty. We also were given a 25% off voucher for dinner, which we used one lazy evening. Salmon and steak were both delicious. In fact most of the other guests took their meals at Premier restaurant.|We saw two birthday parties hosted by the bbq area. Nothing disruptive, just light family fun. |There was an African grey pet parrot and a large super slow and calm resident lizard who likes hanging near the bbq area. The place exists in symbiosis with the local ecosystems. |Reception staff is warm, welcoming people and very respectful. Having stayed at Atlantic and Westin in years prior, we'd be returning to Premier. Kind of has a Mediterranean feel to it.

Really enjoyed our time as a family here! The beds were comfy, the pillows were great, housekeeping daily, breakfast daily, free umbrellas and chairs, close to the beach, full Kitchen in our room, the staff were kind and friendly, great little rooftop sitting area too. 2 pools that were not very busy at all . a small bar right there with a super friendly bar tender. it was like renting a condo for the week without having to do all the work :) ubers and circuit were both very easy to get. they have a small restaurant on property and many restaurants deliver there, we had primantis delivered while there and it was great.

This hotel is beautiful and right on the beach. Everything is so clean and shiny! Bed is like a cloud. They have beach chairs and umbrellas you can take to the beach. They have a wonderful breakfast bar with lots of choices. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This was a fabulous stay!
