For the normal gym goer this place would be 4 to 5 stars easy. It's a nice gym but for what I'm looking for it's lacking. Pro- Very Clean Extremely friendly staff Good location Just enough equipment to get a good workout Price Con- Gym is small No plate loaded machines No Sauna With all that said I would still train here when I'm in the area.

Kelly is my all time favorite and really makes my experience worthwhile. She goes above and beyond to make everyone feels comfortable and right at home. I specifically adjusted my workout schedule to when she is there because the early morning lady is not friendly and overcharges me whenever I get a water. Thank you Kelly for all that you do!

A great place to work out, alone or in groups. Dianne and Andy offer a variety of opportunities to stay for.

this is a great gym, offers a lot of great options in terms of fitness and my favorite part is that all sections are walled off and not all out in the open like Crunch. My only complaint would be that there is no hip thrust machine, but there is a section where you can set this up with a regular barbell and a bench. Other than that great workers, gym, and atmosphere. I’m grateful I started my weight loss journey here and will hopefully be coming here for a while.

This gym has changed my life. The staff is friendly. It has everything I need and is budget friendly!

For the most part it has been a great place, but the music from the group exercise classes is ridiculously loud. I had to leave twice this week as I can't hear my own music in my earbuds. There are doors, I just wish they would close them so I can enjoy a workout.

Best gym around by far. It may be small, but I never have to wait too long for machines to open up and the staff is amazing! I love how their yoga classes are small and more personal.

Great place to work out. Never too too busy and friendly staff at the front desk.
