Tornado knocked down a tree in our yard and it ripped the box and riser off the side of our house, we had exposed wires and extremely dangerous. I called and spoke to Diane in the office and she was fantastic. She sent an urgent request to dispatch right away and only about 2 hrs later Kevin showed up to assess what was going on. He was thorough and wanted to get us back up with power and in a safe spot ASAP. Unfortunately everything we needed had to be ordered, but he put the request in and drove out to their whse to get it first thing in the morning. He spent 4 hrs in the 20 degrees temps to get our power restored. He was fantastic. Highly recommend. Afterwards I talked to the supervisor and he vowed to help us get reimbursement from homeowners if they gave us any troubles. Great company, great people all around.

I have had good luck in the past, and service today was very good. my only suggestion would be there be better communication between the dispatcher and customer. my appointment was for between 8am & noon, after calling at 1pm I was told he would be there at 2pm. I received a call back stating a different tech would be there at 2:45 pm, he finally got there at 3:30pm. Not the tech's fault, Patrick was great, but a whole day of waiting does not send a good message

Zack the tech was great. Super professional, very knowledgable and took the time to answer all of questions. David, the installer was top notch. We’ve never had such a good experience with a company before. He was so professional, answered all our questions and seemed really knowledgeable about the work he was doing. Great experience overall. we are so impressed!! This company is a must and request Zack and David if you can, they’re amazing!!

Arrived pretty much on time. Gave me several options on replacing my failed sump pump system. Choice I made was more expensive than I expected, but it included all the installation and ancillary parts. Took about only an hour, and all done. Chad was very professional in presenting options, and explained everything he was going to do. Very knowledgeable also. Inspecting the finished work, it was hard to tell that he was even there. While more costly than expected, I got my money's worth for sure. Would not hesitate to use Precision Today again.

Realized OLD water heater was leaking in the basement of my business. Talked with someone (very nice) and she put it on the schedule the next day. The tech Chad was great! Explained all options available and replaced the unit same day. Replaced all venting and piping needed - cleaned everything up and was out quickly. I would recommend!

Chris came out the same day and worked to unclog a main drain from the house to the septic tank . He let me watch what he was doing and explained everything as he went. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended!
