Our garage door dropped 3'. Thankfully it didn't fall all the way. My husband called Precision and they came within 1/2 hour! He fixed the door, is ordering a needed part for the next phase. 10 ⭐️ Excellent Service & Associates!! Tony came on a Thursday and determined that our classic 1993 motor and door would just be best to replace all in one shebang (which we totally expected)!! So about an hour & 1/2 later I got a text saying how does tomorrow sound?! PERFECT!! Corey showed up right around 8 am and was very professional and personable and did a great job tearing out the old and installing the new!! Before he left, he told my husband that if there were any issues text him and he lived close enough if he had to.. he'd ride his bicycle over to fix it 😁!! He said “I look at everything, because I want you to be able to go at least 10 years, before you have to call for another garage door repair” I like that kind of thinking! We were so pleased with the service, that we ordered a new garage door for another house.

After the purchase was set, it really didn't took to long for my brand new door to arrive at that point i got a call from Marcell, My installer and he was so miticulus of the installation, paying a lot of attention to detail and answering any questions i had, Walked me thru the maintenance and operation of the new opener and helped me set it up and connect it to my network. Thomas was very efficient and kept us informed as to all the issues with the garage door and opener. He was able to complete the repairs quickly. Will be using them again very soon for another property.

Ordered a new door to be installed. Everything seemed to be going fairly smooth. On install day they brought the wrong door (did not have the window paneling) and items were all “missing” from the motor box. The missing items included the wiring that allows the push button to actually close the door. Was told they would call to setup a time to come back out and fix the issues. Still waiting on my phone call.. not happy!
