Food was decent, menu was small burgers, sandwiches and a few entrees that included steak they also have shrimp and fish basket and while lobster tails if you call 48 hrs in advance. The service was just ok we waited a long time to order in a not busy place.

I really like the atmosphere and the staff was very friendly. I was almost surprised at how fast we got our food. My wife really enjoyed the chicken and alfredo, but I wasn't thrilled with my meal. Compared to most sit-down restaurants we go to, we probably spent 10 to 15 dollars more here than we usually do.

This place was recommended to us by a colleague. Food was really good and the service super friendly and attentive! We had the onion rings, the special fish of the day and a cheesecake to die for! The rustic atmosphere inside is very cool! Don't miss their Tavern chips! The dip they come with is addictive.

I've driven by this place many times and thought of stopping everytime I did. Now I wish I had! My wife had the oyster stew with the salmon, both of which were delicious, and I had the fried chicken. It was quite possibly the best fried chicken I have ever had! Even my moms grilled club sandwich was a few steps above your average sandwich. Can't wait to go back

We had an issue with our order getting lost. While it took longer than we had anticipated the staff and management were super responsive making sure we were aware, took good care of us and the food was great. Perfect example of how to handle an issue and support customers!

First visit in several years and wow, was I surprised. There was a sizable lunch crowd but the staff worked like a well oiled machine. They were friendly and very attentive. Despite the crowd we were never left wanting or waiting for service. We played Keno and had a wonderful lunch - a couple drinks and when approached by wait staff, were never left with the impression that they were in a hurry. They took time to interact with us and laugh at our jokes or tell one. It was a fun experience

I feel it's a hit or miss here. We ordered onion rings, which I feel weren't crisp enough. The clam chowder was mostly potatoes and was served cold until we brought it to our waiter's attention. The sandwich I ordered I felt was pretty good, however, I didn't like that it was served with chips from a bag. What grandma ordered was the shrimp, we're the size of 31-40 lb which is fairly cheap shrimp to get at a grocery store compared to its price. Service was open and welcoming to us.

Sat outside in the beautifully renovated back deck, and was disappointed in the chairs that have tie on cushions… They were pretty dirty, and the table tops were super sticky. Whoever coated these tables for this facility didn’t do the best job. Instead of epoxy consider acrylic. At this point, the edges could be sanded down and the top lightly sanded so the acrylic will stick and will last so much longer! The food, the service, and the atmosphere, make this place a comfortable and welcoming space… Having it be a question of not showing up because of the seating seems an easy fix .
