I had a wonderful stay here. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and close to all the main attractions. The atmosphere was lively but not overwhelming, making it a great place to unwind after a day at the beach. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay near the beach!

Absolutely fantastic experience! The rooms were not only nice but impeccably maintained, offering a perfect retreat. The service was superb, with every detail thoughtfully attended to. However, the standout aspect was the amazing staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend this place for anyone seeking comfort, exceptional service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. A true five-star experience!

The place has improved a lot since my last visit, it has modernized the facilities a lot. The attention of the staff as always 10/10. Without a doubt, PRAIA is one of my favorite places when I'm in the city. The great location, very well located.

We booked this place to stay for 7 nights. We arrived after dark to these apartments and had to park behind in a dark alley with very little lighting. The unit was bug infested, there were bugs everywhere, even in the beds. We messaged the management and they sent pest control to spray while we were in the apartment. The refrigerator was leaking and had a huge puddle of water on the top shelf, they said they would send someone to fix and they never did. We let them know that we still had bugs 4 days after they sprayed and they said they would send someone back the next day but they didn’t, they came 2 days later with no heads up, while I was in the shower. We discovered that the pillows were disgusting when one of the cases fell off, totally unsanitary. My 70 year old mother, my 8 year old daughter and myself developed chest pains and coughing after staying 3 nights, my daughter developed high fever (103.1) and was really sick and then my mom was sick in the bed also and we ended up leaving on the 6th night. We asked for compensation and management ghosted us, never replied. This place looks NOTHING like the pictures, the A/C units are full of mold, the place has water damage and is a health risk. This place is DISGUSTING. The pictures on the website LIE.

The rooms weren’t like the pictures but the rooms weren’t that bad it wasn’t the best but it wasn’t nasty. The owner put an extra $100 dollar charge on me last minute for a “cleaners fee”. If you are willing to spend $300 a night for an apartment like place in a bad area it’s for you but it wasn’t for me.

NASTY, I FOUND ROOM DIRTY WET TOWELS, KITCHEN WITH DISHES IN SINK, SANITARY TOWELS WITH MENSTRUAL PERIOD IN BATHROOM, ODOR, CLOSET WITHOUT DOOR, BATHROOM SHOWER DRAIN CLOGH....THIS HOTEL MUST BE REMOVE OUT OF EXPEDIA... EXPEDIA, BOOKING, KAYAK, ETC SHOULDN'T ALLOW POST THIS HOTELS IN THEIR PLATFORMS WITH THIS REVIEWS. THE MANAGER "ALEJANDRO SAID "IM SORRY" THAT'S IT. I HAVE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, I ARRIVED TO MY ACTIVITY LATE, BECAUSE THIS CAUSE ME A HUGE INCONVENIENCE...I TOOK VIDEOS AND PICTURES OF THE ROOM IN CASE ANYONE WANTS ME TO SHOW. A BUSINESS LIKE THIS IS CONDEMNED TO DISAPPEAR, NO INVESTMENT, NO COMMITMENT, NO MANAGEMENT, NO MAINTENANCE. = NO BUSINES!

Endroit à éviter, si vous avez un problème impossible qu’il soit réglé rapidement! Le système de détecteur de fumer doit être réinitialiser à chaque 12h environ! Le propriétaire s’astine a dire que c’est pcq il est sensible mais c’est pcq il perd la connexion avec le wifi 🤦🏼‍♀️ chambre pour 6 mais pas assez de serviette pour 6! Lit deux étages très instable nous avons du descendre le matelas au sol pour plus de sécurité! La fan de la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas, le four manque un rond, la lumière extérieur ne se ferme pas donc si on dors sur le divan lit on l’a dans le visage!

The owners are very helpful. The place was good for us. My only issue is there isn't a pool lol! It is centrally located, minutes from clubs, bars, restaurants, and of course, the beaches
