I am a sophomore and have been going to power strength at East paris for about a little less than a year and it has truly been such a great program for me. I enjoy coming in twice a week and working out to help me get stronger, faster; and more physical for my sport. The trainers are so nice and really helpful when your working out, overall love it!

My son has trained here since he was in 7th grade, and we have loved it. He always comes home after and talks about how much fun he had. I personally have talked to coach Will many times and he has always been very helpful with any questions. My son has also loved working with coach Lerg lately. Overall I we have loved PowerStrength and would recommend it to anyone.

I have been weight training with Power Strength's Kentwood team for a little more than a year. Stephan, Will, Craig and Annika are fantastic. They make the workouts fun and do an excellent job ensuring that our technique is correct. Classes are small but in a very large facility which I like. If you are tired of crowded gyms where you have to wait to use equipment, don't have the room to do the things you want to do and have no personal training then you should give Power Strength a try.

I’ve been training here at Powerstrength on East Paris for 4 years now and have only seen positive results. I knew I wanted to play at the next level in college and I have to give an immense amount of credit to the trainers here at Powerstrength, they help you with an incredible workout program, but ultimately you have to put the work and you will see the results. Best place to workout in Grand Rapids!!
