Been here for many years since they opened, wish i could leave 5 stars but here recently they have too many machines out of order and never seem to be fixed. Too often are things broken here, and they do t have a single matching set of hand grip attachments.
Awesome place to work out - Strength & Cardio. My son is a powerlifter. Plenty of weight available for him to stack on 500+ pounds easily. * They also have machine weight & dumbells from 10 to 120 pounds. * 8+ treadmills, steppers, etc. * Excellent place. Nice people & staff. * Only $5 for a day pass. We will be back :)
I was out of town with work and stopped by this gym to work out. They was very willing to let us come in. It was $5 for a day pass which was great being out of town and not having your regular gym to go to hats off to the gym. It was good environment and a great place to work out
It's been about 3 years since I was able to work out here had to put everything on hold due to the pandemic and my health but I came back for the first time today and didn't realize just how much I loved it and missed it until today everyone was so helpful very friendly I got to see some familiar faces today this will always be a five star to me. I love it here.
My job moved me from London Ky to TX and these people wouldn't cancel my gym membership because i was told that i had to come in to cancel it., so I had to cancel my debit card to get them to stop charging me.
This is by far the best gym option in London if you look to not only lose weight but get fit. Ppl there are awesome and is all ready to help with any question you may have
It's a well equipped place to burn some weight and tone up if that's what your looking for....well maintained and cleaned. Plus the workers is pretty awesome and they seem to know about what they're doing.....
Terrible gym and terrible hygiene, and upkeep. I was also bullied and messed with, and had to leave due to lack of staffing at night. Not a good place for mental health, not a LGBTQPLUS friendly community, from my experiences.
Absolutely love this place! Today was my first time going in and the 2 men helped me out a lot on deciding what I wanted. They ended up making me a pancake shaken expresso with blueberry cold foam, and it was AMAZING! Will definitely be going back! T
Enjoyed shopping there and perusing the selections. Bought a few things too that I haven't seen near home. They have a little bit of everything. Even High Quality Tee Shirts.
From outta town and stopped in for a lil local food. Not typically a bbq person but it was so yummy. Try them corn nuggets and apples. Mmmm. Kat and everyone else was super friendly. If I lived here definitely would be one of my main food spots.
We were on vacation and stopped in here for breakfast on our way home. The croissants and donuts was amazing! We're so glad we stopped and will definitely revisit when we're in the area!

Our favorite park in London! They have really put in a lot of work to make this an amazing place for families to go! From walking to playing and everything in between.
We've had breakfast here a few times and it is great home cooking and the price was ridiculously low could believe how low me and the wife love this place
