I first joined powerhouse on their 6 month membership in industry. Due to relocation, i came back a year later to Duarte. I will admit a gym like 24 hour is a lot cheaper, however, what brought me back was the staff. Not only their knowledge in the matter, but also how genuine they are every time they talk to you and reach out after hours. I definitely needed the accountability, But more importantly i found and saw results- and that's what really kept me motivated. Thank you to the master mind and visionary behind it all, Aaron. I 100% stand behind division and the gym.

I started Powerhouse this past summer after my girlfriend got me to come with her. I've never been a fan of class style workouts but the coaches, environment, and other members make it a lot of fun. Everyone is extremely helpful and kind. The workouts are great and give a nice variety of different exercises. If you've wanted to get fit or just get back into working out, I highly recommend Powerhouse. You definitely won't regret it.

I love powerhouse fitness! Joining PH is one of the best choices I’ve made in 2023. I primarily go in the evening and workout with coach Joshua. Coach Josh makes working out so much fun, and he and Coach Mark are the reason why I decided to join and stay. At powerhouse you will encounter a super friendly, caring, and fun environment. On the days you don’t want to go or feel tired, you will still push yourself to go because of the coaches and their infectious enthusiasm and care. Come join the PH team, you will enhance your life and have fun with taking care of your health. You are treated with so much respect and kindness, this is way more than just a gym.

I love it here! The coaches are so encouraging, motivating and personable. They will push you to be the very best of you. Always making sure your form is correct along with nutritional information to keep you accountable and on track. The experience has been life changing. #Team powerhouse💪

I love powerhouse !!! I been encouraged to stop being a couch potato and set my weight goals . I feel motivated every time I walk in there and am encouraged through out my day to put attention into what am putting into my body. My 6 week challenge have been amazing am so happy with the results and the support the coaches give me .

Excellent, friendly gym that will get you results. The nutritional plan and guidance they give you is very thorough. You know exactly what you need and how to get there, including substitutions! The group workouts will challenge you and lay you out the first week, but that's good. You'll get used to it. The coaches Mark and Josh are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Like other people said, they will correct your form, offer alternatives, and explain exercises very clearly. They also aren't afraid to push you when they know you can do better, or take you down a weight when they know you're struggling. Go here, follow the process, and get up when you're down!

I started at powerhouse Duarte about 3 weeks ago and I actually look forward to those early morning work outs! Mark, Joshua, and Mathew are amazing coaches and have always been so welcoming. They motivate me to never give up on my health and train me how to build my strength in a healthy and safe way. I’m glad I chose powerhouse Duarte for my fitness journey.

I am someone who suffers from gym-intimidation and I don't ever feel that way at PowerHouse. The coaches are very kind and are always super helpful when it comes to learning the different workouts and doing them correctly. They are also super encouraging when increasing your reps and or weights. It's a great gym with great people and worth every penny!
