What an amazing place to practice Yoga!! The setting is perfect and the teachers are wonderful! This is a judge free zone to practice at your own pace! The teachers are very educated on all the updated poses and classes are never the same, which I love variety! I have learned strength I never knew I had while keeping a clear mind!! I recently moved to Jacksonville, tried a few studios and found that Power Yoga San Marco South is my new home. The teachers are so well suited to this calling. The atmosphere is perfect for nurturing yourself whether you need to relax, energize or heal. The prices are reasonable, especially for such a well maintained, clean space with such talented staff. There is a reason this studio has been around for about 17 years! So grateful.

I have been coming to this studio for years and always leave class feeling refreshed, challenged and balanced! I can't imagine practicing yoga any where else in Jacksonville. Power Yoga sets itself apart from other yoga studios in Jacksonville with knowledgeable, welcoming, and nurturing teachers. With only a handful of teachers on the schedule, you learn their styles and they get to know your movement and physical needs. While all teachers challenge you, never have I suffered injury at this studio, I cannot say the same for other studios I've attended that urge you to push past your limits. While the classes at Power Yoga are challenging, they nurture the body, mind, and spirit and you are always reminded the "you are your best teacher." The classes are not competitive, there is no chanting, no mirrors, it is really just about you and the mat. The owner, Cindi, is also a nurse and brings welcomed medical knowledge to her practice. The studio creates an atmosphere of positive energy and one always leaves in a good mood, refreshed, and empowered. I highly recommend Power Yoga San Marco for anyone who is looking to improve their physical, emotional, or mental state.

When I started practicing yoga I tried many different studios that offer all variations of yoga. Some where too slow, or too fast, or too hot, or too expensive, but I found a great match here at Power Yoga. I have taken classes with all their current instructors and like the variety of style with just the right temp and flow. The prices are very reasonable and my son has been also welcomed and encouraged to be there which had been an issue for me at other studios. Wish they had more classes! But I make it work😊

The instructors are very good & number of classes are adequate for a day. For those new to Yoga, this isn't the traditional form of Yoga but is more inclined towards a workout, hence the name Power Yoga. The real health benefits can be seen if one attends regularly for a month. Yoga Mats & Support Blocks are provided in the studio & the door closes when the class starts. Hence if you plan a visit, come early based on the timings mentioned outside the studio. There are Family Yoga sessions too, which is a good way for kids to start reaping the benefits of Yoga at an early age. A dedicated Yoga Studio but could do better in terms of a little more flexibility.
