Power Life is a wonderful place! Sometimes it’s hard to get motivated to work out, but the minute I walk in the door at Power Life, I am instantly happy I came. They always greet you with a genuine smile and the instructors are phenomenal. Every class is different, and I always feel stronger and centered when I leave.
I'm doing the 30 days for $30 right now and I AM IN LOVE! All of the instructors are friendly, encouraging and FUN. The environment is so welcoming and everyone in class works insanely hard, especially in the Power Sculpt and FIT classes (my favorites). I have been in a workout funk and Power Life has definitely pulled me out of it. Highly recommend!

Incredible workouts here! I feel like the heat not only protects my joints but helps me get deeper into my stretch. The yoga classes are great for anyone from beginner to experienced yogi. The instructors will help you every step of the way and are very gentle about helping you make any corrections without embarrassing you in front of the class. Barre and Sculpt will change your body in the best possible way, the workouts are tough but you get results fast! Love this place❤️
This is a beautiful studio and the staff has been incredibly warm and welcoming. I am so pleased to have joined Power Life. All of the instructors have made me feel empowered to accomplish my goals. I would definitely recommend Power Life to anyone that asks!
