We drove an hour from Pensacola to come visit Pounders for my husband's birthday because he's been wanting to go since he was stationed in Hawaii. He said the food tastes exactly like the Hawaiian food he had when in Hawaii. The customer service was great and personalized, one of the servers came out, greeted us, and asked us how our stay was. The atmosphere was super soothing and quiet with nice music going on. It has a nice little patio area outside where kids can play even which is pretty nice!
The food was fast, it took all of 5 minutes before our order was ready! We went around 3pm on a Tuesday. I'd say the hour drive was totally worth it and my hubby was smiling the entire time. 10/10 !
Great, fast, quick service! This was our first visit since moving to Crestview and we will definitely be back. The Kalua Pig, Garlic Chicken, rice and macaroni salad were delicious!
First time in and the food was fantastic! I had the teriyaki chicken and the kalua pig, both cooked to perfection. I didn’t even try to add bbq sauce to the pork, because it was good by itself. The rice tasted sweet and I soaked up every bit of juices that were in the bottom of my tray! I came home and told my wife that we have a new place to go for date night!!
Great food as always! This is a new location and love it. The kids will love it as well, since it has a playground and outdoor seating.
This place has an incredible atmosphere with a great playground and nice pet friendly grass area. Options for gluten or egg allergies. The food tasted homemade and the owner is a nice man. This place is worth a try!
Pounders is probably my favorite fast casual restaurants in the country. Simple menu, which makes it really easy to order with a family. The macaroni salad is unbelievable - you MUST order it when you go. The grilled chicken is my personal favorite protein choice. Thanks for creating a 5-star restaurant experience in Crestview! It's a great stopping point between our trips between Pensacola and Tallahassee.
The food is great I love the Teriyaki Chicken and the Garlic Chicken. However they have other options that are just as good too! While the menu might seem "simple" it's definitely done justice. Meat and Rice done right!
