My husband came here for our “mini moon” right after getting married and it was an incredible experience. The room was so nice, loved the rain shower and the marble tub. We had a Mountain View room and being out on the balcony was so peaceful. The free breakfast and lunch were always delicious and fresh, the massages in the spa were great, and the saunas/pool area was amazing with so many options! My favorite was the eucalyptus steam room. It was all around a relaxing experience and perfect for a romantic getaway.

It's a gorgeous hotel, beautifully designed and decorated. That's the good part. When you book a place at this price point, you expect to be taken care of from the start. After a long drive from Seattle, we pulled up and there was no valet service. We asked at the front desk and they said it was all self-parking. Ok, we can handle that, but then, no bellmen to help with luggage and no carts to carry your luggage up to your room. The young man (long blond hair) at the front desk kindly offered to help but there others checking in and we didn't want to take him away from his duties, so we schlepped our luggage ourselves from the lower level parking garage. In the room, which again, was beautiful, including a lovely marble bathtub and a mirror tv in the bathroom. The tv didn't work and the water pressure was so low (trickle) it would take about 2 hours to fill the tub.||We ordered an evening snack after a raft trip, and we were shocked when they told us we had to come down to the kitchen to pick up our food--i.e., no room service. The breakfast and lunch in the dining room were delicious, btw. ||We did have spa appointments and they were wonderful, but overall it was just an ok experience. They call it a luxury inn, but really when I pay $700-$800/night, I expect to be pampered and that certainly did not happen. I would not go back to this place.

After check-in I noticed our toilet was constantly running, which reverberated throughout the room nonstop. I immediately called reception and let them know. We waited for about an hour for maintenance to arrive, then had to get ready to leave for dinner. I stopped by the front desk and showed them a video I took of it, so they could hear how loud is was in the room, and let them know maintenance can access the room when we are gone, not a problem. After dinner we got back to the room and it still wasn't fixed. I called the front desk and asked if maintenance was coming and they said no he was gone for the day. I let them know it would be challenging to sleep with the toilet constantly running as you can still hear it when all the doors are closed. The guy at the front desk said I should just use ear plugs, which I am unable to for various reasons. When you're paying 800 a night at a wellness resort, wearing ear plugs just so you can sleep shouldn't even be a suggestion. Needless to say, I didn't get any sleep, nor did maintenance come by in the morning. Not like it matters now as we only booked one night. Definitely not an experience worth the price if you can't get restful sleep at the end of the day. What a let down.

Outstanding as expected. The various spa rooms - steam, sauna, cold, herbal - are great. The atmosphere is totally relaxing. The breakfast and lunch options are incredible. It's not cheap, but it is a great value for what you get. The food alone is worth a couple hundred dollars a day. ||||A word of warning. Don't go. It'll make it harder for me to book my next trip to Posthotel. :)

Worth every damn penny! I will be coming back soon. After my in-laws absolutely raved about this place for years, we finally decided to stay for 2 nights for our anniversary. My God I can’t say enough about how entirely luxury and lavish this place is. I truly relaxed and did every amenity they had. From steam rooms, cool rooms, facials, breakfast, hot tubs, nap rooms, pools…. and the fact its adults only (meaning 18+ no exceptions) is heavenly. I can’t say enough good things. The staff was amazing, amenities are insane, the place is spotless and serene… cant wait to come back for my birthday in September!

My husband and I spent 2 nights in Posthotel as a getaway trip. We are used to fancy rooms but when we opened the door to our room we are amazed. It is stunning and clean. It’s like a dream come true. The staff are friendly and professional. The breakfast and lunch are so healthy and delicious too. The hot tub, steam rooms and pool area, they are picture perfect. We are planning our next trip already!

Without a doubt, the most relaxing, luxurious, romantic place in the Pacific Northwest. Expensive, but worth it. Every room is perfection. Beautiful mountain and river view. Outstanding spa, pools, saunas, etc. All inclusive breakfast and lunch plus wine and dessert hour. Lattes made to order any hour of the day. Dinners in darling Leavenworth (like a hallmark movie). 10/10

Great place to stay! Short walk to downtown saves on the stress associated with the parking situation in Leavenworth. Nice rooms and the beds were comfortable. Kids enjoyed the snowstorm we experienced while visiting (we had our own sleds, I don’

Stayed here for a night for my birthday trip to Leavenworth: The room was clean and cozy, but most of all, the service was fantastic. The bartenders were friendly and welcoming. We called and asked how late we were able to check in and they answered
