Called the shop and spoke to the owner, Carl, about my Samsung tv with burnt out leds. He gave me some knowledge about what is going on and how he will fix it. Fair price and excellent service to say the least. He was done with my tv a day earlier than what he told me which is fantastic. Tv looks brand new again. Definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic company! I brought in my PS3 because it came up with the yellow light of death. The owner was very upfront with me about there being a chance it is unrepairable and the service fee is nonrefundable if he can’t get it to work. With this being a rare backwards compatible console and a used one is around $300 I took the chance and was not disappointed. Everything loaded right up when he was finished. He communicated with me the whole time, giving me updates as things progressed. As a fellow small business owner these are things I look for in other companies. I highly recommend him for any of your electronic repairs.

Such a great Guy , Carl replaced my kids Ps5 HDMI port (2) systems in the same day . I even brought my nephew PS5 back to him 2 weeks later. Very nice and respectful . He explains his job very thoroughly . He could get my business anyday That GUY GARY in the reviews is WRONG about Carl. Brought in a boom box that wasn’t taking a charge and of course I forgot to bring the charger. He suggested I buy a new charger and see if that fixes the problem before doing anything costly like replacing battery. He even went online and found the charger for me to go and order on Amazon so I could return it if it didn’t fix it.. I got that $15 charger and It works perfectly now!!! I now have a level of trust with him that will give him all my business!!
