So this motel was a serious case of bate and switch. The picture on the site have to be old because there was no way the room pictured actually exist in this building. We stayed because we were going on a cruise but left the hotel feeling dirtier than we arrived. Our room had curtains with cuts in them. The bathroom door had a hole cut out of one side and then taped back on. The lock did not look secure on the door at all. We did not use the shower because of the amou t of mold and soap scum in the tub. The bathroom counter had burn marks but I have no idea from what. Last thing is that there are no smoking signs everywhere but the hotel reeked of cigarette smoke. If I could provide a zero star review, I would.

The front desk staff were nice and helpful. The rooms were not the best. The bathroom sink didn't drain, there was a sink outside the bathroom that didn't work at all. The walls were dirty. There was a dead cockroach in our room. If I would have noticed that at the beginning I would have left but unfortunately saw it as we were leaving. The location was great right next to the Royal Caribbean port. Would it recommend to stay though.

The lobby area looks decent, but the halls, elevator, and rooms are sub-standard. There was garbage from previous occupants, including what looked like blood stained paper towels wadded up. Showers were moldy, paint was peeling, there were holes in walls. Cockroaches were scurrying around. The halls smell of feral cat pee, mixed with mold and decay. The elevator has a strong engine oil/mechanical smell that is headache inducing. The beds have a bottom flat sheet that barely tucks under the mattress, covered with another top sheet and then what looks like a tablecloth. There were no blankets anywhere in the room.

ZERO STARS! This hotel is DISGUSTING! I stay in hotels 5-7 nights a week up and down the entire state of California for work, i've seen it all... This is by far the worst one I have ever stayed in. I'm not one one to write reviews but this one needs to be yelped lol. PEOPLE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE, DO NOT STAY HERE. Bed Bugs, roaches, boogers, hair, trash, no A/C, no window screens, FILTHY EVERYTHING, dirty mattress, nasty sheets and blankets, crackheads in the parking lot, the manager accosted me within 1 minute of parking my car telling me that I couldn't park in this lot. I explained that I was about to go check in and he continued to interrogate me about what room I was in. I checked in using expedia and he still charged me a non-refundable parking fee that was not included in the reservation. I stayed in the room for a total of 5 minutes, just long enough to book another room somewhere else, and even though I immediately went back downstairs to check OUT I was charged for one night, and the parking fee. There is a vagabond like 3 minutes away for the same price y'all. I have a sneaking suspicion that the majority of positive reviews on this hotel are generated by the hotel staff themselves... The pictures are totally staged the rooms do not look anything like the sample photos.

So I had a car accident and needed a place to stay because I l had three broken ribs ,a broken ankle and may partner had a fractured hip. The guy at the front desk kept telling me my debit card was declined. I called the bank and they said the card was fine. He ran the card again and said it wouldn't work. He told me I could pay with cash so I made a withdrawal from the ATM in the lobby. He finally said I was on the do not rent list. He showed me the room before all this happened and it looked like a 1 star motel. The place was way over priced. I believe it was going to cost $800 plus a $200 deposit for a week. Motel 6 is nicer than this place and I'm not just saying that because of the way I was treated. We tried to leave after the rude guy at the front desk said I was on the do not rent list. We were both hurt and had a hard time getting our bags back in the car. Someone who worked there actually came out and said they were going to have our car towed if we didn't leave the parking lot within five minutes. Like, hello? We are injured and trying to load our bags back into our car. It's not like the car was just parked in their parking lot. We were treated so poorly it's disgusting. I was so injured and just needed to rest. I travel often and have never been disrespected to such a degree by anyone at any motel or elsewhere. This guy thinks his 1 star motel is a Hyatt. I believe in karma so to the guy at the front desk I think karma is going to come back and bite you in a big way.

You can’t beat the location- 5 minutes away from the port for Royal Carribean. However, what you got in convenience with location— it lacked everything else. The staff were nice at check in, but the rooms were disgusting. You could see mold, cracks in the flooring, and there were holes in the curtains. The bathroom was soo gross none of us showered- waited until we got to our cruise. I’m sure we found a bug in the bed and I was afraid I was gonna get bed bugs or lice (fortunately, we didn’t). The beds were SOO small too. 0/5– the location does not make up for the lack of cleanliness. The pictures on the website or deceiving— definitely a bait and switch there. Don’t book here!

**Rating: 2/5** I recently stayed at this hotel and had a terrible experience. Both rooms we rented were dirty, with dead bugs on the floor and mosquitos all over. The walls and ceilings were stained, and the bathroom fixtures were rusted. One room had a TV that didn't work, and the other had non-functional plugs. The doors were damaged and didn't close properly. Overall, it was an extremely unpleasant stay.

If I could give no stars I would, I was only in this hotel for no more then 3hrs. Start we get there great customer service at the desk. We get our room and I side is not great (TV doesn't work and bedding is not good and towels are very thin), the guy did try to get our TV to work but could so he gave us other room. That room was nasty cockroach on the back door and a leaking ceiling and the bathroom with water coming out. We let the front desk know he gives us a suite and we get check that room out and it smells like chemicals (like they just sprayed for roaches or something). There was a dead/alive roach in our room. So I looked for another hotel after this. I don't give bad reviews but the property management needs to really work on there room and place of business. Also there was graffiting writing all over the rooms that we went to like in corners or what not. As for a refund only one day of refund after being there for only 3 hrs.

Animal style burger is the best. The sauce and onions put it over the top especially at that price point. Fries would be better animal style instead of plain.
