Portillo's Harwood Heights - Fast food restaurant in Harwood Heights - 7308 W Lawrence Ave, USA

No matter where we go, Portillo's is the first thing comes to mind when it comes to comfort food. Our first time dining here for dinner and love the lighting of the building. I ordered cheese sauce for our fries, but I didn't know I was charged for jumbo cheese that I didn't know until I posted these pictures 😆. My mistake was not paying attention when the cashier repeated my orders before pay. Despite my error, their services are still excellent. I love eating this restaurant, especially after a long day of shopping at the fashion outlets.

Super delicious. Wife loved her Italian beef. Said it was the best she ever had. She used to like Philly cheese steak till she eat here. One of the host went out of his way to make it her best. Thank you

As a long-time fan, it brings me no joy to say this. We are witnessing the agonizing death of a Chicago icon. Corporate greed, shrinkflation and over-expansion are destroying another formerly family-owned brand. I think I've eaten my last disappointing beef from Portillo's. RIP. PS. they also got my order wrong...twice!

Couldn’t leave until I had my sammich last night! Easy dip Italian beef sweet peppers. Normally best with hot peppers and heavy dipped but grabbed it to go. This location was not as busy, the drive thru accommodates plenty of cars and so does the parking lot.

Best fast food burger I’ve had . Excellent customer service. Plenty of parking. Definitely worth the stop!!

This is a great place for Chicago hot dogs and the famous Chicago italian beef sandwich. I have been to a few of their locations and while in Chicago I took two colleagues here for lunch. The food is amazing. If you have never had the real Chicago beef sandwich try it next time in Chicago. It us very special.

Came here twice during my visit last summer. Chocolate cake shake is so good it’s sinful. Love the Chicago style dogs. Cheese fries good also. Like that they stay open a little later for dining

I love the atmosphere and politeness. Their food is also very good at this location! Especially their Italian beef (dipped) w/ sweet peppers.
