The food and atmosphere are commendable. Nevertheless, there is room for improvement in the service. I ordered lunch for 11 people, and all items were placed in a single box, without being sorted by order. Additionally, no descriptions were provided for the sandwiches, and many had modifications, such as additional ingredients or specific condiment requests. Utilizing sticky notes could alleviate this issue
Can't beat their Italian beefs. Great service and chill environment.
I went through the drive thru at the Batavia location and asked for a Broiled Chicken sandwich. Once I took a bite, I noticed that the chicken patty was a 3rd of the size it should be. I really dont like paying 7 dollars for a burnt chicken tender
First time ordering a cheeseburger. It was good but I’ll stick to the Chicago hot dog. Dipped Italian beef also is a great choice. The decor is cool in this location. The park lot is another story, way to small. Only one way out, inconvenient when busy.
Classic Portillo’s. They never disappoint with great food at family friendly prices. The ambiance is pretty great too!
We had to have a Chicago dog while visiting again. Very busy as usual. The lady calling out the order numbers after you order had added her own little twist to it & I loved it! Example- #104, your out the door, ETC😆
We traveled from Colorado to visit family and friends. Exploring my childhood area, going down memory lane. Dining experience at Portillo’s, did not disappoint. Worth the 970 miles!!!
DELICIOUS! !!!
Love the decor. I wish they had more bread choices for their sandwiches. But an iced-cold beer it’s a big plus

The food in this place is excellent, it takes a little while for them to prepare it, the only downside is that the place is very rundown. He needs to be remodeled.
Decided to stop by this location just as we were walking downtown, and it did not disappoint. The greeter welcomed us quickly and we sat outside for our meal. Our server, Ian, was well-informed and extraordinarily professional. We decided to order th
