Port d'Hiver Bed and Breakfast - Bed & breakfast in Melbourne Beach - 201 Ocean Ave, USA

We had to check in after our scheduled time but the staff was amazing and took the time to check us in, give us a tour, and make sure we had everything we needed. We had a late flight the next day and the staff was super amazing at making sure we had time to check out but still enjoy all of the amenities. ||The room we stayed in was super amazing! The bed and pillows were so comfortable, the furniture and everything tied together in a classic French style. Pool, hot tub, snack room, breakfast, and library were exceptional. Definitely coming back back!

What a wonderful hidden gem in Melbourne Beach across from the beach! The nicely appointed high ceiling room was welcoming and the bed very comfortable. Lots of homey touches like a personalized welcome card and phenomenal macadamia coconut cookies next to the coffee maker. The proprietors thought of everything! It felt very safe in this unusual compound of key west style cottages...The hors d'oeuvres and breakfast were outstanding. Highly recommend staying here if you're in the area!

The grounds were so charming, the room was clean, smelled great, the bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was delicious and they always had 2 options. Very accommodating staff. Spa by the room is amazing, loved that it was not extremely chlorinated. The B&B was very private. I loved the fire in the evening, the happy hour offerings.|The internet in our room sometimes was breaking up, but for relaxing time it’s just what you need- put the phone away.

Whenever we come here, we know we are getting the ultimate quiet hideaway. The whole experience is magical and almost "all inclusive." We especially love the spacious rooms and bathrooms with all of the B&B amenities but also boasting a beautiful beach view. It's close to downtown Melbourne and walking distance from shops and restaurants beachside. The price is also very reasonable for what it offers! We also love that it's adults only and we never feel like it's crowded either

The place is truly lovely. The staff is genuinely friendly, efficient and helpful. The fire pit and water features are inviting and perfectly situated. The breakfast is delicious. There’s a great Happy Hour and 24/7 snacks. We were sorry we could not stay longer. We hope to return soon and recommend this awesome B&B to anyone who wishes a great experience.

Definitely an “unexpected pleasure”. This is a FABULOUS place. Who knew? How many times have I passed this place? Wonderful rooms, Fantastic service from Stacey the GM. Excellent breakfast! We love this place next time we will spend more days. We also love Dejon’s Steak House just a few blocks away. Both are worth the trip. We live in Vero. You won’t be disappointed! I was a travel Broadcaster for 20 years.

The rooms are lovely, and the grounds and rooms are spotless..|The staff were very nice and accommodating. I stayed 5 nites while visiting family in the area. The food was excellent, the linens top notch. | As I had a very early flight home, the staff made up a breakfast package for me for the drive to the airport. I highly recommend and will stay there again.|And, location? Right across from the beach ❤️!

Port d'hiver is such a beautiful place. Everything was perfect from our room to the courtyard with fire pit to the main house. We really enjoyed social hour where we met some of the other guests as well as our very tasty breakfast. The entire staff was exceptional! Very polite and accommodating. Our room was impeccably clean, beautiful and comfortable. We will be back for sure.
