They so nasty, like food is old, red beans sour. They never give a receipt like if you bring it back you have none. Chicken , black old you call no answer. I want my refund. I rather go to the Popeyes on Congress! Never again

The time of opening is 10 am the line is extremely long via drive thru and the doors are locked yet it is well after 10:00 am with a 7-10 minute grace period. Again why is this establishment still not open and ready for business? We the customers have concerns!!!
I asked how long my chicken for our sandwiches had been sitting out, and the lady said it was fresh out of the fryer. It was cold and horrible. Lately, every time I go to Popeyes it has been a horrible experience.
I never seen a crew work so hard! When the cashier (Ms. B) took all orders at the front she went and helped her team in the kitchen. My order was perfect. No mistakes whatsoever. Good job night shift!
They told us there was a wait for the dark chicken of 30 minutes so we opted for the white instead. Chicken was great. Beans & rice were great.

Horrible staff! They stand around yapping their mouths instead of taking orders. If you are from their hood then front of the line VIP treatment. They don't open the doors when clearly open in morning. Long drive thru lines and they are in no hurry.
