Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Chicken restaurant in Orange City - 2561 Enterprise Rd, USA

09/15/2021 1 Star I waited 5 minutes while the manager was turning the chicken over in the window at the counter. Four other employees were standing around in the drive-thru window talking to one another. Finally, the manger turned and took my order. It seemed as though I was a real inconvenience and was interrupting her day. I stopped to get a family meal, I order the 12 PC meal for 4 small kids and three adults. When I got the small box of chicken, I asked how many wings came in the 12 Pc meal. A supervisor said, 3 wings, 3 drumsticks, 3 thighs, and 3 breasts. I was suspicious but took the small bag to the car. My adult daughter looked at the bag and said I got the wrong thing. It would never feed 4 people and we are seven. I took the bag back in it had one potato and gravy and coleslaw and 6 biscuits and the small box of chicken. I asked the supervisor; how many people is the 12 PC meal supposed to feed? She said 3 if one is a kid. I told her were 4 kids and three adults. She said I needed two of the 16 PC meals to feed that many. I looked at the paper on the counter since their menu boards were not working. 16 Pc meal is 39.99 that is 80.00 dollars to feed 7 people chicken. I asked her if the size of the large were correct because they seemed extremely small. She said that was large and showed me the small. The coleslaw was half full and she said it was correct. I took the food and left. I used to stop at Popeye’s at least once a week and get the 8 PC meal which would feed two adults and three teenagers. They have lost my business. 2019 4 Stars I initially came through drive thru and tried to place my order. Before completing my order, I was asked to pull to the window. When I got to the window, I was rudely told that,” I could not add to my order”. I told the drive attendant to just cancel my order. After leaving the drive though lane I went inside where I was politely greeted by the manager who apologized for what happened and let me know the 9-piece chicken dinner was on sale and that it would cost less than the 8-piece dinner I ordered in drive thru. The manager was so friendly and polite and friendly I changed my mind about giving a 1- or 2-star review and only take away 1 Star for the poor rude service in the drive through lane.

I ordered tonight after receiving an email offer for free wings, with an order, delivered via DoorDash. We ordered two two-piece meals along with the free wings. We received free delivery as well because we are new customers for DoorDash. Our two meals, with free delivery cost $40! There is a service fee, not called a delivery fee, to be added to the already inflated delivery prices. Then we found that the order was wrong. Two orders of chicken were spicy, not what we ordered, the drinks and wings were also wrong, not what we ordered.....for $40. The chicken breast was well cooked, but the wing section with it was dry, on both orders, and the chicken all tasted stale, like the oil was old? The breading used to be what made Popeye's so great, but this was bad tasting. I do not plan on buying from this location again, and definitely not using DoorDash. The delivery was also 35 minutes later than the latest time we were told to expect. This is not a way to get repeat business.

Everything at this location was amazing!! The employees, management on point with orders being delivered fresh and on time. Definitely recommend everyone to stop in and/or go out your way to this location 🏆👑💪💯🪖🪖⭐

Great service from the staff and food was warm and delicious! Had to pull up and wait, the wait was not long, but I got hot fresh fries! I would rather wait and get hot, fresh fries instead of fries out the window cold or re-dipped! The large fry is large, it can feed several people and the chicken sandwich has mayo and pickle for a delicious flavor. The lady waiting on us was friendly and made sure to remind us the fries were super hot so we didn't burn our mouth. A great place to grab something quick to eat. Thank you for great service and food!

I ordered online gave our name and were told to drive around. We get to the window and the young lady there says $11.30. Sorry we pId online. She shuts the window and wonders off. Bout 4-5 min longer we are told to pull up to the white line. Then we watch everyone in line behind be given their food and get to leave. We drove back around and went back through the drive through. When we asked about our order we found out they packed it then sat it down and no one wanted to bring it out.

First of all if your dining room will be closed then remove your sign from Drive thru telling you to go in for mobile orders. Had to wait 15 minutes past when order was supposed to be done, was just told to pull up to white line, no explanation until 7 vehicles were served and I got out of vehicle to see what was going on, then the so called mgr. Yells thru window why order wasn't ready, she really needs to learn communication and people skills, definitely shouldn't be in her position.

Rewind like 6-9 months ago and I would have said avoid this location at all costs. IDK if it was new ownership or management, but something has changed. Staff is pleasant and professional (for fast food), willing to assist and present themselves well. Sorry to say it used ro be a bit ghetto, not the case any longer. The orders in the past consistently were wrong and on drive thru would require to get out and go in. Doordash orders were always wrong, which is a big disappointment because it can't really be corrected. But now, we've Doordash'd a few times and we've ordered in the drive thru 3 or 4 times in the last few months. Food is always cooked right, order is correct and the drive thru service might be the best around for fast food (excluding chic-fil-a). Nice Job Popeyes!

We had to go and see what the hype was about the new chicken sandwich. We really enjoyed it, it comes on a buttery style bun with mayo and dill pickles The chicken breast was very thick almost to thick and the breading was delicious. I can't really compare it to chik fil a cause it's a different style of chicken sandwich but I loved it and will definitely be back. Also the restaurant was nice and clean to.
