Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Chicken restaurant in Clarksville - 1665 International Blvd, USA

I’m just so disappointed. Every time I come to this location they messed up my order. I have a big family that loves Popeyes but this location never pays attention to details. I ordered a 10 piece and was given 8 pieces of chicken. My order wasn’t ready when I arrived and it wasn’t that busy which is why I don’t understand how they could have possibly messed the order up. We live too far for me to turn around for 2 pieces of chicken. I’m really tired of getting shorted food that I paid for. I don’t think I want to support this establishment anymore.

We got take out at 5:30pm 12-11-23 and I just wanted to let you all know how amazing everything was! The tenders were juicy and perfectly made. The Mac and cheese was so cheesy! One of the best take out meals I’ve had in the last YEAR!!! Thank you so much for taking the time to make such a delicious meal. Whomever was cooking tonight takes a lot of pride and care in what they do and it shows. Happy holidays!

Another new surprise for me... We just moved to the area and even though we had a Popeyes near us I never had tried it before. This was some of the best fried chicken and fried chicken sandwiches I have ever had 😳😋 the people were nice and even though it was busy things went very quickly. The chicken tenders were also great but the chicken nuggets, not so much.

Picked up lunch for coworkers and myself. My order was not 100% correct, so I contacted the manager on duty, Mary. I explained the issue with my order, and she did not hesitate to apologize and stated that she would replace my order. I really appreciate Mary for going above and beyond. Thank you so much! Once I returned, CJ (male) remembered me being there earlier, and Mary acknowledged me! 🤗 Now that's customer service!!! Thank you!

(Food Tampering)This is the second time in a row that I've had A bad experience at this popeyes. Today the drive thru took my order wrong. I notified the guy (ever so politely) I was missing a sandwich with no mayo. He walked away and called out for a sandwich with no mayo. He handed me a sandwich smashed and smeared on top with I don't know what. If it is mayo, it is the nastiest mayo I have ever seen. Seems like it was rubbed on the floor. Pictured also is the actual mayo and pickles i scraped off of the bottom of the sandwich. This amounts to food tampering. I will never eat at this popeyes again.

The service is super slow. Went during a normal lunch hour and they only had one guy working the register and also doing app food orders. For the area it's in with all the construction and industrial area it should be used to a heavy lunch crowd.

Order: * 1 blackened chicken sandwich combo NO MAYONNAISE with bacon and cheese, red beans and rice with strawberry soda. $11.67 * 2 orders of BOGO wings (4 orders of 6 pc wings) $14.28 * 2 CAN DINE (5pc chicken, 2 biscuits, 2 small sides) $10.99 ***I spent $40.00 🤢CHICKEN SANDWICH WAS TERRIBLE AND HAD LOADS OF MAYONNAISE ON IT. SO MUCH THE BUN WAS SLIDING OFF. NO BACON OR CHEESE (BUT THEY CHARGED ME FOR IT) ROOM TEMPERATURE DRIED OUT CHICKEN BREAST WITH SOME FUNKY OVER MELTED CRUSTY HARD LOOKING CHEESE ON IT. NO PICKLES SERVED ON A WRINKLED UP BUN!🤮 🤢The red beans and rice was crusty around the top of the container and lid and watery. 🤮 😡I SPENT $18.73 ON A🤬 LYFT to go to Popeyes (Im legally blind and don't drive) ***I got back to restaurant to speak to the manager by the name of Mary. Mary is the source general. While speaking with Mary about the quality of my order she gave no apology the only thing she kept repeating to me is "stop yelling at me" I wasn't yelling at all. However Mary continued to repeat "stop yelling at me" I CLEARLY WASN'T YELLING AT ALL. I was simply trying to explain to her about the quality of my food and she WASN'T TRYING TO LISTEN TO ANYTHING I WAS SAYING. SHE OFFERED NO APOLOGY! ASKED FOR MY NAME AND SAID SHE WOULD "WRITE IT IN THE BOOK" A FEW DAYS LATER, I GO TO PICK UP MY ORDER (THAT SHE SAID WOULD BE REPLACED ON MY NEXT VISIT) I GET THERE ONLY FOR MARY TO ONLY REPLACE MY SANDWICH ONLY! I PAID FOR AN ENTIRE COMBO. MARY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A SODA AND A SIDE (THAT I PAID FOR) I ASKED HER WHY WOULDN'T SHE SIMPLY REPLACE THE ENTIRE COMBO... TO BE FAIR. SHE REFUSED TO THEN TOLD SEVERAL OF HER EMPLOYEES THAT "SHE WAS THE ONE YELLING AT ME ON THE PHONE" I didn't say a word to her. I asked another employee for the POPEYES CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER TO REPORT COMPLAINT. MARY THEN TOLD ME " GET OUT OF MY STORE AND DONT COME BACK" WHY? BECAUSE I ASKED FOR CS NUMBER TO MAKE A FORMAL COMPLAINT AGAINST HER. MARY IS INFACT VERY LOUD AND SPEAKS RUDELY AND CONDESCENDING. MARY DOESN'T WELCOME CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM. MARY COULD HAVE BEEN MUCH MORE RESPECTFUL AND COURTEOUS TOWARDS ME. HOWEVER MARY CHOSE TO BE RUDE AND NASTY. SHE ABUSES HER AUTHORITY. I HAVE SEEN HER DO THIS BEFORE TO OTHER CUSTOMERS SHE WILL ASK THEM TO LEAVE THE STORE IF THEY DO NOT TOLERATE HER RUDE CONDESCENDING ATTITUDE TOWARDS THEM IS A CUSTOMER ONLY TRYING TO MAKE SOMETHING RIGHT THAT THEY.. POPEYES DID WRONG.

One of the most understaffed places I've ever been to. Only one girl running the drive thru. Waited like 15 minutes just to order with only two cars ahead of me. That being said, I don't think she realized it's possible to take another person's order while waiting for the food to come out for the person in front of them. The man in front of me ordered almost $60 worth of food and I had to wait until he was cashed out and handed his food in order to place my order. It's just not efficient that way, screws the drive thru up and makes the customers wait so much longer.
