Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Chicken restaurant in Mason - 9751 Mason Montgomery Rd, USA

It was fantastic as always. I had the three classic strip combo. I chose red beans and rice as my side dish but it's always a hard decision because the gravy is so good when you get the mashed potatoes. The dining room and restroom were clean. My only complaint was that the hand sanitizer despensers in the dining room weren't working, but I'm not going to take a star off for that. Outside I took a picture of the entrance that's on the side where the drive through window is because that's the side where we parked, and it was too cold and windy to go around to the front.

First off, the person in the drive-through on the evening of Friday 1/5/24 was simply LOVELY and truly a breath of fresh air. I've gone to various Popeyes for years and years, and this was the friendliest person I have EVER encountered. They also gave me plenty of sauce, which is frankly a miracle based on my past experiences with Popeyes employees. With that being said, the food was bad here in relation to all Popeyes I've been to. Out of 3 chicken fingers, only one was an actual chicken finger, and the other two were weird shriveled skinny things comprised of mostly breading. This does happen from time to time at various locations, but these just seemed like something that simply shouldn't be sent out. Additionally I was a bit nauseated later that evening and I think it may be because this location is not changing out or cleaning their fryers frequently enough. Or maybe the food was just old. The biscuit did not taste fresh, and even the red beans and rice seemed to be missing flavor (which is an absolute first for me). It has been probably six months since I visited any Popeyes, so maybe the recipe has been changed. My mobile order was ready on time and the drive-through was not stacked. The friendly and helpful employee saved this place from receiving a 1/5 with that hot garbage they're sending out.

Addicting chicken sandwiches and wings! Our family loves that chicken from Popeyes. Friendly staff that may make mistakes on your order but they are great at correcting and sometimes overcompensating when your order comes out wrong. For this reason and that their chicken is delicious we keep coming back. Recommend using their app for freebies and rewards .

Good visit, not my normal store. Food was fresh, I was told it would take 3 minutes and that is about what it took. Dinning room was clean, it was early part of lunch hour. I saw no issues with the place or restrooms, place became busier as I finished. Not noisy at all and line seemed to move well, customers seemed happy. I would come back for another lunch, enjoyed the effort by staff.

I have eaten Popeyes chicken many times and I don't think I've ever been unhappy with the food. It sometimes takes a while to get the food if we get a family size order of chicken, but I'm fine waiting for something hot, fresh, and anyways very tasty. I like both the regular and spicy breading. The biscuits are buttery and great dipped in the mashed potatoes with Cajun gravy. The chicken sandwiches are the best. The new blackened chicken is awesome. We typically order from the location near Kings Island but sometimes from the one in Mason on Mason Montgomery Rd. Both are very good.

I originally ordered 3 chicken thighs. They only had 1. So instead of waiting 15 minutes, I changed my order to 3 chicken tenders. I added mashed potatoes with gravy on the side. My chicken was barely warm, so I called the store and the manger gave me credit for the tenders as I requested. When I tasted the gravy, it had a spicy cajun taste I didn't like, but the potatoes and coleslaw were delicious.

Had the spicy chicken sandwich and it was excellent. Was fresh and hot when received. The breading was perfectly seasoned and crispy with the soft and juicy chicken underneath. The fries are really enjoyable too with the Cajun seasoning kick to them. Great experience today worth a good review.

I have to say it’s the Biggest, Baddest most Exquisite chicken-sandwich made!! The staff are top notch! Always made right!! When I order extra pickles, I get extra pickles!! The fries are fantastic!! Can you tell that I love this place?? Keep up the great work!!!
