Fresh, hot, very impressed. I had the spicy chicken sandwich, my husband had the blackened, he said it was outstanding and my son had the regular. All 3 sandwiches were delicious and fresh. Employees were nice and hard workers, the place was swamped.. outstanding experience..

Got all this chicken and asked for a packet of sweet heat sauce and got denied. I even offered to buy the sauce and was still denied. I told the cashier that felt unacceptable and said I would leave a review and she basically said whatever.

Just came from this Popeyes while I was through the drive-through. I couldn’t hear the lady that was speaking to me properly so I said hello and she just shouted at me being so rude and disrespectful, when I got to the window, I asked to speak to a manager then she said I am the manager having so much attitude like she was ready to fight me with my child in the car Ivan cancel my order and I didn’t get anything because her attitude was just big and nasty. Just like her at least one of the managers had the decency to apologize.

I don't recommend anyone to ever eat here. The employees give you an attitude like they don't want to be working there. I walked in and notified 2 employees at the counter that I had an online order. I was not greeted when I walked in and felt an energy as if I was not wanted there but I brushed if off because I had already spent my money and time driving there on my lunch break. After I told them both my last and first name since I wasn't sure which would appear on the order they proceeded to ask for my order number and I told them after checking for it in my email. Once they found my order I was told I wouldn't have received my food with the name I gave them when I gave them both my first and last name (by the way my first name was on the order). I ignored that comment. I asked for a ranch sauce just in case I didnt like the blackened ranch sauce I ordered with my mobile order because I was being spontaneous and trying a different sauce. They checked my bag and told me one of each was in the bag and took the other ranch sauce that was put on the counter for me as if they owned the sauce before I could pick it up. If I was required to pay for an extra sauce that should have been mentioned. Once I got to my destination I realized two sauces were not in my bag (only the blackened ranch was in my bag). In summary the employees were rude and unprofessional. I will never return to any Popeyes again. I've had several bad experiences at different Popeyes restaurants and refuse to give my hard earned money to an establishment where employees continue to give an attitude as if I'm doing something wrong by coming to the establishment to spend my hard earned money. I came to try the new hot and spicy wings which were mediocre at best (not worth the hype) and my fries were lukewarm.

Amazing experience. The cashier was so helpful and friendly. Service was fast. Had a great meal and the cashier, a super-friendly lady, made the visit worthwhile.

Clean, quick and friendly! This Popeyes perfectly cooked the food and got it out to me swiftly. They also didn’t hesitate to do what ever they could to make my experience amazing!

I ordered the Ghost Pepper wings that were advertised for $5.00, but they charged me $5.99. I was asked to park on the side because it would be 3 minutes on the wings. Thirty-five minutes later, still no wings. Customer service was horrible. The manager gladly refunded my money. She asked how much longer on the wings and they said 3 minutes, go figure. 😲 😯 😔 😔 👎 👎

Drive thru was a little slow like always. $7.98 for a 2 pc snack. Food was not fresh. Won't be going back
