Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Chicken restaurant in North Miami - 12100 NW 7th Ave, USA

I ordered a 16-piece with three large sides to Cajun Rice and macaroni and cheese doing my ording a lady walked up and told the cashier that the chicken was old and she wanted some fresh drop chicken she pointed towards the chicken that just came out of the fryer I also stated to him if I'm going to pay $56 for a 18 piece and 3 sides and eight biscuits I wanted fresh drop chicken as well the lady was given fresh chicken I paid for my order had to wait 20 minutes before I can get my order when I did receive my order when I return home to sit down and have Popeye's chicken for dinner and biscuits I was so shocked when I open the boxes the chicken is old seems like it's days old and the biscuits is so hard you can't even bite into them and I explained to the cashier and the Jamaican or Haitian lady with blonde colored hair who was cooking and gathering orders ask the cashier take them that I wanted fresh dark meat this is unacceptable here is a photograph of proof world be my judge this is unacceptable and very unprofessional

Worst customer service I have experienced in my entire life. The employees work in extremely slow motion having me waiting for my “Pickup order” for 45 minutes MULITPLE TIMES. Take out orders just sitting there with no one handing them out. They are not friendly nor professional in the least. If you’re going to choose a job in customer service, have the basic life skill of being polite. This is the only location with this service. Ridiculous! Just ridiculous! (North Miami 121 Street NW & 7Ave.)

The Chicken Was Cooked To Perfection Although I’m Not A Fan of Skin I Was Able To Easily Peel It Off The Meat And Enjoy The Rich And Tenderness Of The Chicken Itself . The Biscuit Was A Tad But Hard But With A touch Of Honey I Ate The Biscuits Up Like It Was Nobody’s Business Absolutely Phenomenal. I Did Place My Order Online Unfortunately Causing Me Go Stay In The Line For Drive Through Pick Up . The Wait Was Ridiculously Long For A Simple Pick Up , They Need A Better System For Online Orders .

The food is always good. The drive up line is almost always long but the food is always hot and delicious. The service is always really good. The cashier even explained why I would see an upcharge on the bill because of the mac and cheese. It is a premium side order so they upcharge for it. The strawberry biscuits are so, so good. I really enjoyed them. Overall, it was a good experience.

The service was very good, but I didn't like the food much. I ordered chicken pieces, and they had more of the crunchy flour, than meat.

I don't know what's happened to this store but it's really bad. Service is horrible and employees don't want to work, take your order or provide any condiments. Ordered food around 5:30pm today. Cashier put the wrong chicken and i went up to the counter and asked to be corrected. The pregnant employee said oh, I didn't take your order, go talk to the other cashier. Horrible attention to customers. 30 minutes for a take out order. Manager is preoccupied with uber or online orders and has to spoon feed the employees. Popeyes should close this place as its definitely a nightmare. Two meals $36 not worth it

Listennnn i was once a manager at popeyes 4 years ago, to make a long story short i would have vouched for the whole crew to get a raise, Mannnnn that was the best chicken rice and biscuit i ever in my life ate from popeyes i asked for everything to be fresh and Shanell/Shawntrell not sure of her name but her and her team definitely understood the assignment, I just had to do the review because they deserve it and this is now my new popeyes and i also got my food fast & awesome customer service we need more like you guys⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I don't visit this location often, but when I do, there is always something going on with employees arguing about something that should wait until after their shift is over or closing. The food was ok, not hot but ok sine I was hungry. The young lady cashier was polite, didn't smile, but polite.
