Older woman up front is completely rude and unprofessional. As someone who worked for years in fast food, it blows my mind when front of house staff can't control their voice, attitude, and are disrespectful towards guests. Food also wasn't hot. Fries and chicken for sandwiches were obviously left out and not fresh.
Not sure how this branch does not have 1 star. The food is never hot. I had to warm up my whole combo in the air fryer just to get the restaurant experience. I will not be wasting any more of my money with this company

I’ve been to this location few times and it’s seems like they get worse every time. I gave 2 stars because the sides are very good and I didn’t have to wait long for my meal but they were out of many drinks and my nuggets are not fully cooked. Very disappointed!

I got one thing to say. The strawberry biscuit is a blessing to this earth and deserves an award. Lemme get a dozen of these mf'ers. Also this specific location is absolutely the only one I go to. Please don't get rid of strawberry biscuits. Please.
Worst popeyes location I've ever visited. Ordered shrimp and everything was cold. Came back and complained and lady said you have to wait 20 minutes if you want it fresh. Lol what a joje
Placed order through drive thru, was asked to pull to parking lot to wait for food about 10 minutes, I agreed and complied. After about 23 minutes, watching several cars come and go, as well as all of the customers that ordered inside come and go; at 26 minutes I called and asked why I was still waiting, they finally brought my order to me only because I called to remind them I was still in the parking lot waiting for my order. This was not the first time this happened to me at this location, it happened the previous time I visited this location also. I will take the extra time to drive to the other Romeoville location, because they have officially lost my business.
