Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Chicken restaurant in Little Rock - 3208 S University Ave, USA

My husband and I ordered different combos. He ordered the blackened chicken sandwich combo with fries and I ordered a 3 piece combo with fries after waiting for almost 10 minutes our orders were brought out to us. My husband's was hot and fresh while my order included 3 barely warm old pieces of chicken and cold fries.

The chicken was dried out and the biscuits were way over done but the people that worked inside were really good. However, I did not complain about anything because I was in and out. I ain't my food on the way back to work but for what you pay that stuff is dried out beef, chicken, jerky and a hockey puck. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience at this location with the food this place is failing. Maybe they need to be retrained on how long to keep food down or baked.

They just opened and the fries were somehow already cold. Took forever to get the order when we were literally the only customers. Then the whole time we were there they did nothing but cuss yell and complain about other people who worked there not doing anything...while not doing anything.

Would give no stars if I could. As a former Popeye's employee for 2 years I know these tenders have sat there for atleast 2 hours but was told they only sit for 15 minutes. Would not recommend going here. The lady at the window was nice but they could use a new manager if you ask me . The tenders were so old they literally crumbled to pieces. Will not be going here again

I always order spicy but I never know if that's what I'll get. Ordered on the app 10 mins before I got there and still stood inside for 25 minutes waiting. It's great when my order is correct so seems it's the employees causing my troubles.

I must type quickly due to a low battery. The temperature outside is 97. Usually that is no issue. Today it is with a broken A/C. Add at least 10 degrees for the inside temperature. It is hot. I found a place to eat where my phone could charge. It was a superficial outlet. I need type no more. On a usual day, A/C would be present. No A/C or functional outlet lower the number of stars I give.

Horrible chicken very old and very nasty the manager was so disheartening after giving me cold chicken and instead of making the problem right she angrily gave me even older chicken as a replacement order im in extreme pain from eating there please run while you can and go to baseline location this location needs to be SHUT DOWN.....I wasn't even offered a refund for this food poisoning, horrible service once again go to basline Popeyes and thank me later What a difference they have made the food is amazing now

Burnt chicken, Ran out of chicken. Could only get spicy breasts. No pepper's, no honey. No fries no potatoes. Very bad customer service. I will never return. Need new staff and better ordering of products.
