Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Chicken restaurant in Bakersfield - 1221 Mount Vernon Ave, USA

I went to order two meals, one for Grandma and myself, got to grandma’s house to feed her and her order was missing, my fries for my order was cold and hard. called in and spoke to a lady. She said she wrote my name down to come back in 2 to 3 hours. later went back in and spoke to Helen the manager, and all she did was keep repeating herself like a robot. she said that I could speak to the owner if I wanted a full refund, I’ve also worked for fast food in the past . my wife works for fast food as a manager , and so do both of my sons ,you and I and everybody else both know we can’t speak to the owner you are the manager you could’ve offered me something for wasting my time wasting gas etc .. this is not the first time this establishment has messed up my order and served cold fries. Very sad. this’s place needs someone with heart in what they do to make people’s lives plus food just a lil bit better. This place needs new management ASAP.

So irritated. How do you forget a large mashed potatoes and 4 Biscuits. Next time in taking all of my $50 order out of the bag and checking it myself. Edit: decided to go back and they kindly replaced my missing items. Guess what?! All 4 Biscuits were under cooked BIG TIME

It was very good I was blessed and my family loved it to it's one of my favorite places ❤ the chicken sandwich 🥪 is so big and mmm delicious.

They are not slow like others. I've been here three times now and I am very impressed. They always seem to have the deals and it is always clean.

The only good thing about that dump was the available seats and privacy of eating the garbage they overpriced and the inability to see and wait on a customer.

These workers at this location is very rude and unprofessional let me start like this on the mobile order it say tell them your name then they ask for your mobile number you give them that and that’s not enough then they want to look at your receipt on your phone like y’all doing extra nowhere in the policy it say I need to show you my receipt so the manger helen I guess they know my name but don’t know me had the nerves to say so you who they been talking about basically like im giving them the hard time when they the ones giving the people a hard time the location is bad enough so they feel like they can talk to you anyway and treat you any way I am a paying costumer you work for a cooperate business this is not your daddy establishment karen so she get a attitude close the window and tell me I’m not getting my order okay I’m in a Benz coupe ac blowing like snow storm I got a full tank and gas you playing with the wrong brother I can sit in this drive thru for hours I love the business but some of these workers be doing extra like do your little job it’s not my fault you 50 with a bucket working at a fast food place with your high school diploma get a degree

The crispiest Popeyes spicy sandwich ever. The fries and apple pie were fresh crisp and hot. The sandwich was so good, in fact, I'll pass other Popeyes to go to this one. I gave it full stars for atmosphere but I did not go inside I went through the drive through.

Awesome wings! Couldn't ask for better flavor!
