Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Chicken restaurant in Los Angeles - 2000 Marengo St, USA

I ordered a chicken sandwich and side order of mac and cheese #1. I had had one earliet that day in onother location so to make sure i showed the lady the receipt and said i want this exactly, and she said i had to go to where i had bought the previous order! What? I said. What do you mean..dont you have that here? She said yes but you have to buy it! I said mam that what i told you...that i wanted that same order and of course i know i have to pay. I felt insulted, i dont know what kind of people they're used to dealing with on day to day basis. the food was for my son so i got home and i gave it to him. When my son went to work his graveyard shift i went in to take out the trash from his room i i saw the popyes bag of food i had bought earlier it was instead of a side order of mac and cheese they gave me mashed potatoes. 😠 i realized cause i threw out the bag of Popeyes (the food was for my son) and i discovered the mashed potatoes that he didn't eat because HE DOESN'T LIKE MASHED POTATOES ..that's why I ordered mac and cheese. I didnt check and he didnt say anything i guess he didn't want to be ungratefull. How can they make mistakes even when i showed them what i wanted in writing. It says eat in and itvwas take out.

Bought an order of 6 wings full price order. Got only 1flat, the rest all drummettes. The ratio should be 3:3 Needless to say for the f for BOGO deal u get 92% drummettes. Where do all the flats go? N why are they so stingy with them here. Maybe this particular employee (male, p tall, lil chunky) is small minded? The male one with black painted nails was nicer

I go here every time I go to physical therapy as a treat. It can get busy but food is great and I love the sweet tea by the gallon.

KFC ain't got nada on some Popeyes chicken in fact just writing this review makes me want to order some that's how good of a place this is. For fast fried chicken without a doubt Popeyes is best hands down. The only issue I have is it's always so busy I rather order it for delivery because I think I'm not the only one who's aware of the fried chicken secret spot. Well done chicken fried to its best potential and with a kick if ur taste buds can handle a little bit of sweet pain. 😋

I ordered tenders which were so hard, we asked for extra pickles...seriously 2 slices? oh well better than none!

Amazing! Best chicken ever! Very good prices and fast service. The Louisiana hot sauce gives me life its so good!! I'm not a big fan of gravy but popeyes gravy with mashed potatoes is delicious. I recommend this place to anyone who is craving chicken with good flavor. The guy at the counter with the fro is a great employee very patient and accurate with the orders i saw him going around cleaning tables and keeping the place tidy when it got a bit slow AND THAT SAYS A LOT. GOOD HARD WORKER! I also like that they have digital screens for the menu at the counter it helps a lot with deciding what meals im going to buy. They also have order pick up which is very goood to have. The parking lot is not the greatest and the overall appearance of the restaurant can be cleaner.

Jenny did great taking my order. The lady in the back making my food was super duper rude. I had to refund one of my orders and the experience almost ruined my evening. Her name is Sylvia. Silvia needs to be disciplined. Godspeed.

There's no parking here, super difficult to get to. Food is okay, used to love Popeyes but I think quality isn't good anymore.
