Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Chicken restaurant in Raleigh - 3904 Western Blvd Near, Whitmore Dr, USA

I received a biscuit with mold on it. I was only offered a new biscuit but why would I want a new biscuit with possible mold on it as well. I feel sorry for the customers before me who possibly received a moldy biscuit and didn’t notice.

This is the nicest looking Popeyes I have ever been to. The young lady at the register on 1/22/24 was so sweet and welcoming. It's so clean, I thought it was a brand new Popeyes!! Fast service

So I never wrote a review and this is my first time doing one, but I had wings from Popeyes and when I took a bite out my first wing I felt hair in my mouth and I took it out and seen that there was a very long piece of hair in my wing, and I have short hair, so I was just going to let them get away with it. Then the second wing i picked, I had to look just incase and then there was another piece of long hair. I just want to let you guys know to have your employees wrap their hair up or wear a hair net. I really enjoy Popeyes but today I was just really disgusted by the hair.

I highly recommend this Popeyes location for its great and speedy service, as well as its clean and beautiful interior. The staff is friendly, attentive and nice. Moreover, the meal I ordered, crispy chicken with french fries and sweet ice tea, was absolutely mouthwatering. I cannot forget to mention the soft and delicious biscuit that came with the meal. Everything was perfect and I will surely be returning to this Popeyes location again.

I have eaten here plenty of times with the reassurance that the bone in chicken is halal. I was just told by an employee that they use beef fat to fry the chicken, which is not halal!! Not sure what your point is for purchasing halal meat to fry in non halal beef fat. I will NOT be going here again until that is fixed!

This was a great experience. My fiance and I eat lunch frequently in the area and decided to give Popeyes a try. Loved how the store was decorared and the variety of seating (booths, tables, bar). Self serve drinks. The staff were super polite and after mentioning to Sade that we had never ate there, she was quick to give us suggestions! I was made aware that there was a "well worth the wait" on the blackened chicken which I agreed to. We were pleasantly surprised how tender both the cajun and the blackened chicken were amazing but the latter I was blown away. Last of all I believe the value is amazing. For $7.50 (two sides), we ordered too much food. The sides are so huge that the cheaper combo of one side will suffice. They forgot one of our sides but quickly resolved the issue. The great tasting food and customer service gave me no choice but to give this restaurant 5 stars. I will be going back!

Just went through the drive thru at the western blvd. location and everyone was so kind! That was the best costumer service I have gotten at any fast food place in a very long time. The ladies working the drive thru tonight deserve a raise.

Evelyn was amazing tonight. Great customer service and handles all the rude people she encountered tonight from rude door dashers and one rude couple with kindness.
