We had the best stay here! The place was clean and comfy, with the best Asheville vibes, and we were even left a few treats and a bottle of wine on arrival! The place was in a great location and was walkable to anything downtown that we wanted. We ended up getting engaged on this trip, so this place will forever be special to us. Thanks so much!

Great location and wonderful space! We loved the location, easy to park and easy to walk around downtown Asheville. This is one of the best equipped units I have used (and I have used over 30 over the last few years). Coffee supplies, teas, soaps —- just all around a wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful time staying in the condo. It is centrally located and Karen provided so much help with information on where to go and everything we needed at the condo. The instructions to check in were so clear as well as things we needed to know once we were there. The furnishings are lovely. Everything was perfect. We decided to cook in rather than eating out because the kitchen and condo were so lovely we wanted to spend time there after hiking. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Asheville. Thanks for a wonderful experience!!!

Outstanding location and immaculate in every way. Our friends stayed in the unit across the hall and each was decorated and outfitted to the nines. Parking lot was easy to walk to up the street. Highly recommend. Every small detail was included in thoughtful touches. Don't miss a quick walk to the Crow and Quill speakeasy for perfect cocktails and great atmosphere.

Absolutely fabulous location and parking was so easy. We had such a wonderful time visiting it was almost perfect! My only complaint for 120 College was that we were next to a club that was open until 2 and even with the sound machine and ear plugs provided it was difficult for us to sleep. If you're a heavy sleeper you would probably be fine! Otherwise really loved the accommodations and it was wonderful! Will plan to use Pop next time we come.back though we will look for a different location If the club is still there.

We stayed at Cobalt Corner in Asheville, managed by POP Rentals. We could not have had a better experience. The place was beautiful and the support from Karen at POP was top notch. She responded quickly and helpfully to our questions and requests. I highly recommend them!

The apartment was absolutely perfect for my wife and I to celebrate her birthday in Asheville. The unit is right above restaurants and shops. Despite this, it was very quiet at night and we didn’t even hear street noise. It was a short 5-minute walk to the best restaurants in Asheville. Check-in was easy with a simple code. Parking was close by and convenient. Andrew was responsive and helpful. We also went to the Biltmore, which was a short 10-minute drive. Overall, a perfect experience!

Beautiful 2 bedroom loft with kitchen, a very spacious bathroom and washer/dryer unit! The amenities were plentiful, free parking and perfect location. The loft was above a row of shops, which were really cool. Pretty quiet for how central the location was. The host provided very detailed instructions and a lot of suggestions on what to do and where to go. Check in and check out were very easy. The host was very friendly and responsive!
