What an amazing venue for a band to go if they really are well! ( I saw blue october) venue size is great for an inside venue, standing only, but MOVING is still capable let alone breathing. Services as far as food, drink, even spoke to security before I sent in regarding questions and they were extremely helpful. Any concert I'm interested in the future, this establishment absolutely has first view for tickets as the area was nice and even easy to drive to.

Great concert venue that's clean and staffed with friendly folks. Several bar counters to prevent long lines, space to spread out with your group, an outdoor patio, and an intimate concert experience, makes this one of my favorite concert venues.

The staff is exceptional. The Yuletide Jam is an annual event. This was our second year!

Our family attended The Music of Cream performance. Great concert. The staff at the concert hall were friendly and helpful. I love the venue. It holds 400 people. The sound was amazing. We will love to see other acts there.

Venue was nice and staff very friendly. The Wood Brothers were great! We would not go to a “Standing general admission” concert here again. Some of the crowd was pushy and disrespectful, people constantly moving back and forth to get drinks, stepping on feet spilling drinks etc..

Have lived in St Augustine for years and never been to a show at this venue. Extremely disappointed. Middle School gym vibe. Floor is level so if you have a tall person in front of you your view will be blocked. The seats themselves were cheap metal fold downs so narrow that even a kid would have a hard time. And they were bolted together so they couldn’t move. If you are seated next to a larger person you will be squished. VERY uncomfortable. The acoustics are bad. The lighting was amateurish. The venue is small so the line for merchandise reaches all the way back to the bar area. The inside security team was also rude. They were rushing people to get up and get out as soon as the show ended. I won’t go back.

Beautiful venue, unfortunately the experience does not match the surroundings. Free parking is nice, I saw 2 bars, not the 3 as someone else stated. Bar prices are to be expected for a place like this, I got a draft beer and it was $10 but it was a 16oz pull. We went to a sit down show and the seats were ok. They were cushioned which is a big plus at least enough that after about 90 minutes you were ready to get up. I don’t understand why these places have to pack you in like cord wood. The seats are all connected so they are way too close together. I don’t want to know the person next to me that well. Give me a little room for a $50 seat. We were 5 rows back and to the left side of the stage and unfortunately for us directly under the left stage speaker. It was waaaaaaaaay too loud and muddy. I can take loud music, I expect loud music at a venue like this but the sound was so bad that I found myself plugging my left ear as at times it was like sticking an ice pick in it was so bad. Really good sound makes the concert, sound this bad prevents me from returning. It’s a concert venue, the sound should be the one thing that is perfect. Perhaps that is partially on the act I went to see but have seen her before and the sound was perfect. You know what they say about opinions, 2 out of 5 stars, half because of the seating and the other because of the sound. If there is someone I really want to see live, I would go again but that would be few and far between and that’s too bad because it is a beautiful place. One huge plus was all the volunteers that work there were top notch, extremely friendly people.
