Pompano Breeze Vacation Rentals - Lodging in Pompano Beach - 3217 NE 9th St, USA

I took a trip to Pompano, Fl just last summer in 2021 and chose this rental place and all I have to say my trip was perfect. Mike and his family was amazing, it’s a family own business and they are just the kindest people you’ll meet. The rooms were modern and very clean, I went with a lot of people so it was great that there were also pull out sofa beds as well. There was even a full kitchen with dishes if needed, all around it was just perfect for our 2 week stay!

Our stay was pretty perfect. Our biggest apprehension during covid was that the pool would be crowded or that there would be a public space that we would be forced to be in. We basically had the entire (heated) pool to ourselves daily which was amazing! The beach was also beautiful and not crowded and one block away. Mike and Amanda both treated us so well, super helpful, gave our daughter beach toys, made sure we were enjoying our stay the whole time. They were so nice, and kind. The room was spotless (and odorless) and had a great kitchen that we used for the entire 3+ week stay there. There were no negatives to this place. We will definitely be back.

Mike is the property manager and is incredible to work with! I stayed with my 3 kids 17, 17 and 13 and we all loved it! Everything is brand new! The location is excellent and is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Mike made sure we had beach chairs, boogie board, and plenty of fresh towels and linens. This apartment style property doesn't look like much on the outside, but the interior is sparkling new! Mike said the exterior will be receiving a makeover soon, but the pool was perfect and nice and warm!|The location was close to grocery stores and restaurants. We rented a car and everything was within 5 to 10 minute drive.|Thanks for everything Mike! We will be back!

Great location – walking distance to the new and nice places like Beach Club and Oceanic. ||The room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed, and the furniture was new and well appointed. Kitchenette is fully equipped. ||Service was great! Amanda greeted us and was extremely accommodating throughout our stay. Wwe met Mike briefly and he is a wonderful guy. ||Satellite TV was a plus. There’s a convenient store half a block away. We highly recommend and would stay again.||Overall, a wonderful location, property and stay.

We were there 2 years ago in February and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Mike and his family made our stay most enjoyable and we made great friends with a few people. The rooms were very chic and modern and to be honest I was a little hesitant at first because the outside needed a little TLC but focus was on the main stay and we were not disappointed!!!! Lots to be said about a family run business!!!! We are hoping to get back this February....Oh and a stones throw to the beach!!!

This facility is being freshly rehabbed. I believe we were the first in our room since completion. Very clean bright roomy and welcoming. We had a full stove with oven, full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster and K-cup coffee. There was a generous supply of plates, bowls, silver, pans cups, glasses and many other items to make using the nice sized kitchen usable.||||The TV is a large flat screen in front of a couch in the living area. Bedroom is large with a king bed. Bath fixtures are all new with a very large shower.||||Outdoor is clean and inviting but it is (was) dated. The manager indicated to outdoor rehab would follow the indoor when complete. The pool is kept warm and inviting. We used it most days.||||As an example of the attention to guest needs, we enjoyed sitting in the chairs outside our door in the shade. There was no place to set a phone, snack or drink so I grabbed a small folding chair from the pool area. The next day the manager showed up with new small plastic tables and placed them in between the chairs at all 11 rooms.||||The beach is literally steps away from the room, not even a full city block away. Beach towels are provided by the manager and so are sturdy beach chairs and umbrella. || There is lot's to do in Pompano and even more in the greater Lauderdale area. You will see bikes everywhere but I would absolutely rent a car for this trip.||||We were so glad we chose this wonderful little place as home base for our trip. We can't say enough about it and will absolutely use it again when we visit the area.

Pompano Breeze is located within very easy walking distance of the beach and the intercoastal. Despite being 1/2 block off A1A the location is quiet and safe. The back faces out onto an alley. There are no ocean or intercoastal views due to the location.||It is clean. The staff are extremely helpful, especially Mike, who is the manager and is always available by phone. The office is open only limited hours which is somewhat less convenient. We made advance arrangements to check in later in the evening as we had a later flight. They were very accommodating but it was a bit confusing to find where to check in as the office is not marked. They made arrangements to accept a bicycle I was renting before we arrived which was extremely helpful and appreciated.||If you ask to have your room serviced they will do it but you have to ask for this and to have supplies such as shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. refilled.||The room was spacious for 2 people and clean. You could have up to 4 people but there would be no privacy as there was a window in the wall between the bedroom and living area. This was probably for the air conditioning as there is no air conditioning unit in the living area.||The kitchen was essentially new. There is a coffee maker, oven, range, refrigerator, and toaster. They were clean and in good working condition. The silverware and plastic china were adequate for 2 people but you might want to request a few more plates, cups, and mugs if your party is larger.||My wife and I did not find the mattress comfortable. The mattress cover had a plastic feel. We are used to a firmer mattress and found this one softer than we would like. The air conditioning unit was fine for late December but was loud and did wake us several times each night.||We did not swim in the pool but found it pleasant to sit around.||The outside of the building is fine. It is not stunning but it is functional and they are planning to improve this. There is more than adequate parking.

Mike found a way to accommodated us and find a room for us last minute when our previous plans were cancelled. Very clean and quiet place with a really nice pool! Helped us out with any requests we had. Even offered beach chairs and towels to all guests. Great place to stay!!
