I visited Speech Leap at this location. It was located on the second floor. The elevator was broken for 2 weeks. There was no talk of repair. My grandson had an appointment at this place. I had to carry my grandson up and down 2 flights of 40 steps. The staff wasn't as knowledgeable as I expected. The place was unsanitary. Therapist would not wash their hand. They used Cheerios that fell on the floor for children to use; some put them in their mouth. I was given a chew toy for my grandson. When I was leaving, a therapist asked for it back. I questioned why, since my grandson had it in his mouth. If the chew toy wasn't going to be given to another child; why ask for it back?
The office assistant is very nice and exemplary in customer service.

Went to Advanced Radiology for a Mammogram .I swear I love the technicians there. They are so pleasant , comforting , and accommodating..Ms T
The radiologist doing my Mammogram needs a positive attitude, many didn't make it into this year, muchless have a job, I wasn't told not to wear deodorant when having the study, and she was not too happy about it, and even went as far as to say "I am sure you were told this" after I'd already stated I was not. Not a pleasant experience.
The front desk staff was pleasant.
Pomona Square is a quaint collection of businesses easily accessible from I-695. I visited Advanced Radiology for an annual exam. Made the appointment easily online. Reception area was not crowded. It was clean, comfortable and PPE between seats. Staff as always were professional and courteous.
Went to Advanced Radiology for Foot X-rays. You cannot make an appointment for x-rays, so the wait time was over 30 minutes. Decent practice, but they put wrong dates & info on the report, in "History", which happens.
Had to bring someone here for a MRI. Staff was nice. Facility was very clean.
Visited advance radiology for a mammogram. The techs were fast friendly and professional.
