One of my favorite places. This place is filled with crazy energy. A great place to meditate and get positive from nature. A wonderful place to walk with the family, walking with dogs is allowed. At the top of this park there are parts of Mr. Ernest Seton's house. From there you have a breathtaking view of the lake. You will fall in love with this place from the first time.
Amazing park, I loved this place, close to home and great for walking with friends, animals and children’s, is beautiful! I did a photoshoot with my husband and it was so cool, I highly recommend it.
Hidden gem in the heart of Greenwich.
Don’t know how more people don’t know about Pomerance, it has very little but we’ve never struggled to find a space. Really cool history with some iconic characters having lived here, including historian Barbara W. Tuchman.
The trails are stunning and well worth exploring, and there’s some great hidden places.
It's a very nice park with little treasures along the way. I haven't explored the entire place yet, but my camera and I love visiting here. People are very mindful and socially distance is you pass them. 99% of those visiting wear their masks.
It's a nice place to walk and decompress during a trying time.
Mask up, stay safe and save a life.
Short trails but they are the best and you can still get lost. It's perfect for toddlers or young kids who won't last more than 30 minutes without getting fuzzy but it's also perfect if you want to get away on your own.
This is a great park. After having a rough morning where we were almost about to give up the town for lost we hit our next spot, Pomerance Park. I would say that the map was a little confusing for someone that is not familiar with the place but we love just wandering and exploring anyway. Ok so it is time for our traveling scavenger hunt. See if you can find the places in the picture identified with Scavenger Hunt and leave us a comment. Starting with the stone "Hobbit" house we knew this was going to be a great place to explore. There is a ton of old stone work walls and walks around the park. The story of Wyndygoul Mansion was an interesting bit of history. I love that the Greenwich Preservation Trust decided to take a graffitied building and turn it into a landmark old ruin. We think that the building as it stands has so much more character and let our imaginations run with how it might have looked. The trails through the woods are beautiful in the winter and there was almost no one else around. The hour and a half that we spent here could easily have been 3 or 4. With public restrooms that are clean and environmentally friendly this will have to be a place to visit again.
Should I share how great this park is? Trails are clearly marked, pond is clean, lots of different ecosystems in just one loop. Great, clean park.
Would be much nicer if it wasn’t a glorified dog park. Offleash dogs all over the place. Completely packed at around 3pm on a Sunday. Loads of erosion so many portions of the trails were completely under water. Clearly the town is not taking care of this park and it’s a real shame because it has so much potential.
Spent lots of time here while we were visiting. Kids loved watching for turtles. Paths were great for sunset bike rides. Lots of beautiful greenery and water. Lots of great benches and spots to hang out and enjoy some quiet time.

Good sized area with separate well maintained playgrounds for all ages and abilities. Thought we would be able to get down to the water but didn't see an obvious trail. Water views though. Restroom facilities were clean as well. Some natural rocks an
Came here on a weekday, barely any people around. I did get confused by the entrance and had to drive all the way around to get in besides that it was a beautiful hike. Thereâs a good amount of trails you can take. The boardwalk was closed. Very pe
