I don't normally leave bad reviews, but I feel obligated to with this place. I found a 1-bed apartment that had been listed within my budget, so I toured it, and applied on the same day. I spent $230 on the application which I was approved for. Everything seemed normal. The next day, I received a call from them saying the apartment would actually cost an additional $100 a month to move in on the date I requested. They said there was no possible way to make a change in their system to honor the price I applied for unless I moved in IMMEDIATELY the following day. I told them that was absurd and that I wanted a refund for the $230 application. They said they could mail a check for half of the fee, and I'd need to speak with the apartment manager to get the other half. I called and left several messages with the apartment manager, all of which were never returned. It's also been over 2 months and no check ever arrived in the mail. Extremely disappointing service - they essentially scammed me out of $230. There's no excuse for not being able to honor the price you promised someone when they apply. If you actually can't edit the price of rent in YOUR OWN system, you need a new system. I would avoid this place at all costs.

Just completed my third year lease renewal and the process was seamless. Victoria and Baylee were so helpful and quick to respond with all updates. It is a pleasure living here…a beautiful, well maintained property, especially with the management, office team and maintenance being so accessible and responsive.

I lived at Polo Glen from July 2022 till September 2023. I moved out in August of 2023 with plenty of written notice to the staff. Living here was a nightmare. My AC would constantly stop working and while maintenance is quick to show for a call, they never actually fixed the problem. The AC would bring up my light bill so much! It was ridiculous, what was I supposed to do, deal with the heat? Ridiculous. The walls in these apartments are paper thin. I could hear my neighbors all the time. Their alarms blaring, kids screaming, someone on their balcony laughing it up a bunch, I'm pretty sure they could hear me and my guests when I didn't want them to. Just no privacy or peace and quiet. Then the power goes out CONSTANTLY. Sometimes it wouldn't even rain and the power would go out, flicker in fact, to the point I would need to turn off all my expensive electronics (I work from home so it's important to me). Then parking is a nightmare too. Any time I would return late from an outing or from traveling I could never find parking. I would have to park so far away. Just ridiculous! Control the amount of cars for goodness sakes. There's valet trash but sometimes it wouldn't get picked up even if it was on the day and time it was supposed, just no explanation. So you would need to take your trash yourself. The security gates barely ever worked. The stairs next to my apartment would shake my walls and I could hear everything. It would scare my cats. The brand new appliances when I moved in weren't actually working properly. They had to come fix the dish washer for me even tho I only started using it a few months before I left because it was leaking everywhere. The washer and dryer barely worked well. Another factor into my high electricity bills. Anyways, I left my apartment with plenty of notice and still paid my lease up until it was over. Now I'm being billed for not giving enough notice and whenever I call the office or send emails no one ever replies or I get promised it's going to get fixed or that I'm getting a call back. Victoria is the only person there that does anything and this is not a knock on her at all, but the staff needs to answer phone calls or emails, like cmon! Be on the same page! Editing to add: that they still won't return my phone calls or ever answer the phone. I've been trying to get my deposit returned to me since I moved and they never have an answer or a solution. How long does it take for someone in corporate to update something on a computer? Completely unprofessional! I'm going to get a lawyer and figure out my options. Ridiculous, I've been dealing with so much in personal life and the incompetence of this organization and staff are adding to my stress. Just give me my deposit back already!

If I could leave a lower review I would. Worst experience I’ve ever dealt with when applying for an apartment. I have been lied to multiple times, and haven’t received any phone calls back after being told they would call me back. I was told to reapply because they don’t know when my documents were (social security card, id, bank statements). Obviously I’m not going to reapply after they lost my documents, and they are only wanting to give me a partial refund WHEN IT WAS THEIR FAULT!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!

I never leave reviews, but I don't want anyone else experiencing what I had to experience. Do not waste your time and money on this place. Horrible time management and communication skills, they won't return your calls, they are so unaware of their own application process, the list goes on. Overall worst experience I have ever went through when choosing a place I wanted to live at.

Love living here! It’s quite and beautiful, the apartments are large floorplans feels like I’m living in a house. The whole staff has been very friendly and nice.

We just renewed our lease at Polo Glen and we couldn’t be happier. We love living here. The apartments are spacious and well maintained. The office staff and the maintenance department are the best. We are so happy to be a resident of Polo Glen.

The office staff were so friendly and helpful! I was very stressed about my move and Marisol worked very quickly to get me into an apartment, answering all my questions along the way. She was amazing and broke everything down for me! She answered all of my emails in no time and she was very thorough. Jazmyn was also incredibly helpful- I must have called and emailed her a dozen times and she was very patient with me and super informative. Can’t forget Victoria who took one of my first calls to the office- she was very kind and helped me get started. Thank you ladies!
