Pollo Tropical - Chicken restaurant in Miami - 7090 Coral Wy, USA

I ordered a tropichop large, I ordered CHICKEN, white rice, black beans and all the way, as soon as I got home I was ready to eat it but to my surprise, there were THREE TO FIVE pieces of CHICKEN, that's right, I'm not kidding, I thought the rest was mixed with the toppings but I was wrong, these miserable people are selling their dishes without chicken, it's called POLLO TROPICAL, they are supposed to have CHICKEN, but no. So be careful when you order your foot.

I couldn't believe how our food arrived nothing like the menu picture. The churrasco was cold, overdone and very small portions for the price. Fries were also cold and I had to heat all the food even though I picked up the food as soon as it was ready for pick up. One of my sauces were not given to me. So, I won't be ordering food there again. I gave it one star because one of my dis arrived warm.mo

So far this is the best Pollo Tropical ever. Staff is amazing and always willing to help you out. Ended up getting more for less, super nice! People sometimes forget that staff are also human beings and can also make mistakes. So many bad comments and ratings that they do not deserve. Always see so many people complaining for none sense. They’re always trying to help and make you feel appreciated and welcome. I’m always happy when I visit and the food is very good compared to other restaurants. Moreover, I never get a no for a sauce, they will always make it if they don’t have it, not like another Pollos. Give them a try and you will not regret it. Guava & Cheese parfait very good, I loved it, coming back for more. Management is also one of the bests I’ve seen. Thank you for being so nice and helping us out.

Don’t make an online order, you’ll wait more than a half hour to get your order. The people up front will have a terrible attitude and the manager would “fake” try to help but she just went elsewhere to do something else. Everyone in the dining room gets attended to first so there’s no benefit to the app

This restaurant is amazing the service was amazing I personally love frijoles cubanos but I like them colados and the beans they had were mostly frijoles and the staff got a strainer and strained them thank u so much for this this is the best service I have ever gotten

What an awful experience. I was told you can't go wrong with Pollo Tropical for a Latin fast food meal. Turns out that was wrong. The rice was undercooked, the chicken was overcooked, and the cookies were burned. Most of the meal was uneatable. Not to mention that I didn't get some of the sides or bread rolls. Gross!

Very rude service from the manager Strays telling me that I had to pay for a side when it was clearly included in the big menu they have in the store. "Eso cambio hace rato!" She said. Well, that's not my problem. You need to sell at the price that's advertised. All that was after I changed my order because they ran out of one of the ingredients. I had to call them out because they didn't tell me! Anyhow, horrible experience. I don't recommend that place at all.

W love pollo tropical many years but tonght was the worst , arrived crew were socializing after 5 minutes of standing there i loudly greeted them the response was laughter finally cashier came to take our order she was pleasant ordered ropa vieja meal but they did not have any mind you this wad at 5pm the begining of rush hour , this is hard to comprehend doesant the mgmt have a pre rush checklist to prevent this from happening? This is sub standard mgmt !
